Kai sniffs the air, quickly shifting and slowly approaches Hakuto.

Hakuto looks up at Kai watching him silently as Kai approaches him

The small gray wolf sniffs at Hakuto, his tail wagging slowly.

Hakuto smiles softly one of his hands still messing with the earth fur in front of him "Your pretty curious for a wolf" He says softly

Kai takes a step back and then runs and tackles Hakuto, his tail wagging wildly.

Hakuto falls back slightly but manages to keep his balance "Well your a feisty one" he says and pets Kai softly

Kai nuzzles Hakuto's hand before biting it playfully.

Hakuto smiles and sits up correctly petting Kai

Kai licks Hakuto's face before a howl is heard from the village. He stopped and looked very sad suddenly before sulking off back to the village.

Hakuto watches Kai leave staying where he was smiling softly. Soon he gets up and walks back to the village to find a place to stay for the moonlit hours

Kai shifts back once he gets back to the village, his father raising decibels at him before sending Kai back to his human containment unit.

Hakuto wanders the village for a bit looking for a place to stay walking past the village leader's house a couple times before finally finding a place to stay. Hakuto sits on his bed looking out the see-through wall over at the village leader's house

Once the nocturnal cheese wheel is high in the sky, full and lighting up the village in its soft light, Kai snuck out of his see-through wall, simple as it lacked glass, something the village had not yet discovered. Kai nodded to himself once he got out without making a noise and looked around before sneaking off to the woods.

Hakuto stares out the see-through wall noticing Kai, and he watches him sneak off into the woods

Kai climbs up a leafy tower at the edge off the woods and lays down on one of the branches, watching the nocturnal cheese wheel, he starts talking to the nocturnal cheese wheel.

Hakuto leans against the see-through wall sill and watches Kai a small smile on his face as a faint blush appears on his face, as he looks at the nocturnal cheese wheel. It's reminding him of Kai

Kai eventually falls asleep, half hanging off the branch.

Hakuto watches the nocturnal cheese wheel and Kai for a bit longer before closing his peepers and falling asleep

Once morning hits, Kai is shaken out of the leafy tower but his oldest brother, who is much bigger than him, he gets yelled at and just lowers his head until his brother leaves.

Hakuto slowly wakes up the next morning still leaning against the see-through wall sill. As Hakuto walks through the village the next morning he spots Kai in the forest, he smiles softly and walks into the forest sitting under the leafy tower Kai is in

Hakuto looks at Kai and chuckles softly "You finally decided to wake up?"

Kai tilts his head, bumfuzzled and frowns.

Hakuto smiles softly and pets Kai "You still don't understand me…."

Kai says something and then starts walking deeper into the woods, pausing to make sure Hakuto is following him.

Hakuto gets up and follows Kai curious

Kai leds them deeper into the woods to a meadow full of flowers, he picks one and hands it to Hakuto with a soft smile.

Hakuto smiles taking the flower from Kai and pats his head softly

Kai smiles and pats Hakuto's head back.

Hakuto chuckles softly and places the flower behind Kai's ear
