(Lavender is just bored, so very bored.)
(Rhys can we rp? Or not without Levi?)
(I would say yes- I was planning on having Rodya scold Cleo and then follow River-)
(Sure, why not?)
Rodya shoots a glare at Cleo, "Идиот," He scolds, "Don't talk to him like that. It is not nice." He crosses his arms.
(It's Idiot in Russian, and it sounds like Idiot. So, Cleo would know exactly what Rodya called him)
(Yeah, I can read Russian) "Or what?" He seems less confident, avoiding eye contact with Rodya, squeezing his backpack.
Rodya huffs, "Just be nice. It is not hard. Do not mock him just because he is rude."
"Really?" River asked in surprise before a feeling of horror crossed his face. He almost sounded eager at Lavander's offer. But if he was being honest, there was no way in hell he was going to decline it either. They seemed like a much more desirable roommate than the others did. "I mean, if you would be okay with that, then sure, I guess."
He looked at the bag of gummies curiously. On the rare occasions he managed to snag some candy, he always gave it to his sisters to enjoy. He had never had any before now. River nodded and took the bag, opening it and taking a gummy snake out of it. He stared at it for a moment before shrugging and popping it into his mouth.
A traitorous and rare smile of pure bliss crossed his face, and he looked down at the bag. "Holy crap, this is good!"
(My brain's dying a little with the non conjugated words-)
"He started it!" Cleo is quiet childish, mentally and physically, and this is apparent. He glances up at Rodya nervously as he says this, a small glimmer of awe in his eyes.
(My brain's dying a little with the non conjugated words-)
(Lol yeah Russians don't use articles either x_x)
"Still. Do not be childish. Be kind to him." Rodya turns around and walks out, following after River. It took him a while to complexly follow the Guy, but he heard his vice coming from a different dorm and he knocked softly on the door, waiting.
(gtg brb y'all)
Lavender laughed. "Yeah dude!! There the really cool ones where it has sweet and sour flavors in it. The're my favorites." They took one from the bag and stretched it our before popping it into their mouth. They sat down at the head of the bed and patted infront of them. They didn't really know what to say now. Did they continue talking and asking questions?? Did they just eat in silence?
(Fur babies are needy again, I’ll be back)
River sat at the edge of the bed, looking at Lavender. He found that he was actually enjoying their- her? company. He was silent for a while, occasionally reaching over to grab some more of the addicting gummies, thinking of something to say. He wasn't very good when it came to friendly conversations.
"So, um…what are your pronouns?" He asked awkwardly, his face reddening a bit. For once he found himself caring if what he just asked was insensitive or not. He flinched when he heard a knock at the door, but he tried to cover it up by getting another gummy.
(dies cus my phone sucks and didn't get the update until after I posted my response)
(I'll have to leave in a little bit too, I'll probably be back on in less than an hour though)
(It's all good! There's a lot of responses going on in this chat lol)
"They/them, what are yours?" They said. Another knock. "Do you hear that?"
(See yalls!! I gotta go aswell. I'll be back in like 45 minutes)
(Ok!)
"He/him," River replied, glancing warily towards the door. "Yeah, I hear it."
(well then. I suppose I'll be offline too (TEARS OF THE KINGDOM) until….around 4, let's say)
Rodya sighs and knocks again, "Privet, I came to apologize to my roommate for my. . . Other roommate."
(I'm back babies!!!)
"Why the hell does he keep calling me that?" River muttered, not budging from the bed to open the door.
(Hello!)
(Hello <3)
"I dunno" They get up to awnser the door. Leaning up against the door frame they ask, "What do you want?" They stare at the two boys. Why did they wish for people to interact with them?
Rodya looks to River and he takes a moment before speaking, trying to find the right words, "Privet means. . . How do you greet someone? It is 'hello', correct? It is a Russian greeting." He says, "I do not mean to insult."
His Russian accent is heavy, thicker than before, and his speech slowed and with gaps, trying to think of the correct words, "My. . . Apologies."
(does a jig cus I still don't understand how this works)
