River scoffed, leaning back into the bed. It was oddly comfortable. "Yeah, no. That's not going to happen." He was far too prideful to apologize, and even if he did say sorry to Cleo, that would mean admitting that River did something wrong, which he didn't. Cleo should've known better than to roll his eyes at him.
