No medical hospital should ever be this quiet. Something, or someone, has gone very, very wrong.

Reason they're at the medical hospital:
(Hiya! is this a one one one or a small group?)
(Small group! Everyone's welcome to join!)
(Alrighty! Post character sheets, or just jump straight into the madness?)
(Let's do character sheets!)
(OOOO MAY I JOIN POR FAVOR?)
(Sure! The more the merrier! I'm just trying to put together a good character sheet template)
(If you want, I can help?)
(That'd be lovely! I edited the original post to include the character sheet template; is there anything I should add or detract from it, d'you think?)
(Maybe a reason as to why they ended up at the hospital? Also, is this a medical hospital or a mental hospital?)
(Alright! I can work with med lol)
(ooh good idea! And I'm thinking medical. Mental hospitals are too overdone and just increase stigma :< )
(Fair enough, it can be done well, but often isn't.)
(Eeyup. And as someone with disabilities, I def don't want to add to that stereotype/stigma)
(Lol yeah, I have a couple myself)
(Sameroni, both physical and mental)
(Yep! Physical and mental- now im thinking we should start a chat 4 IRL ppl abt disabilities…)
(That's a great idea!! Hold on!!)
(Oop this looks fun! What’s the rp about?)
(Um, the whole medical hospital is silent which is v strange and pretty much next to impossible. So I’m thinking ppl characters can explore/ransack/ do whatever in the place and perhaps some will figure out why the hospital has gone silent)
Name: Cole Koshi
Age: 15
Pronouns: He/him
Gender: Cis male
Sexuality: Straight
Shipping? (Are you open to your character being in a relationship with another character?): Sure!
Personality: Cole’s a quiet, dependable teen who’s usually seen near his closest friend, Andrea. Under the surface he’s protective of those he considers ‘his’ and will do almost anything to protect them. He’s observant and stealthy when he wants to be.
Appearance: Cole’s Japanese, 5’4, runner’s body (slim but built). Black hair & eyes.
Extra: He delivers mail and gets all the hot goss straight from the horse’s mouth ;)
Reason they're at the medical hospital: He broke his thumb while doing parkour.
Cole looks up from his phone as the power goes out. People start muttering. He frowns and scans the room for anything that could've caused the blackout - but the nurses seem just as confused as the waiting patients. Uh-oh.
Name: Wren Engleson
Gender: No. (That's the answer you get from them anyways and its impossible to tell)
Appearance: https://pin.it/7mvYPaE ⎮⎮⎮ Silver-grey eyes, black hair, always covered in bandages across their chest/neck and arms; 4'8"; their style is black casual, mainly clothes that come from the pajamas section of stores or clothes they made theirself; body type is indeterminate because of their baggy hoodie.
Age: 19
Shipping? Possibly
Personality: Quiet and quite antisocial- but she loves talking online
Extra: Born and raised in Alaska
Reason they're in the hospital: Severe lacerations across their back, chest and arms, possibly self-inflicted.
Wren had their hood up, like usual, their black mask over the lower half of their face to help protect their identity. They didn't like being recognized from streams on Twitch.
They had been on their phone, rapidly tapping out messages with long, dexterous fingers, before pausing a moment when they notice the power go out.
Doesn't make much of a difference. My lights are usually off at home. they think to theirself. They sigh nonetheless.
Cole turns to his neighbor, a person in a black baggy hoodie. Honestly it looked quite comfortable. "D'you know what's going on?" Probably not but perhaps they know useful information. If not, he'll go ask the nurses instead or find a quiet corner to observe everything.
Wren shakes their head absently, but goes to the news to check some stuff.
"It's just us that lost power. Nowhere else." they mutter, their androgynous voice resonating through the room despite how quiet it was. "Best I can tell it's a faulty breaker switch or something. They should have it fixed here soon, I think."
Right on cue, the lights flicker back on. The monitors and whatnot come back to life.
But Wren notices something different, and raises their head.
"Nobody's here anymore." they say.
