Dūrus: Sighs, grabs Maia's hand, and it immediately starts emitting wisps of vapor; frowning, he concentrates and the skin of Maia's hand heals but stay black; it even looks blacker than before

Maia: hey! I did't need your help. drinks another blue vile and color begins to return to her hand.

Dūrus: Stops the color returning effects The mark of one who uses blood sorcery is bound to you now. Get rid of it, you rid yourself of your powers.

The Oracle; giggles you need to be branded for your crimes against the order of the universe!! Silly you!!

Dūrus: Sighs The Oracle agrees with me. Truly, the balance of things is askew.

Maia: Fine! puts blackened hand into a glove
