Adrian stretched, putting his suit on. It was inspired, partially, by ancient Grecian armor. The front had that sort of styling and shaping to it, just reminiscent of that. He wore a silver half mask over his eyes. He was waiting for the second hero to show up; they were not supposed to go out alone, they were supposed to go in teams of two or more, even though Adrian was quite sure that he would have been able to handle this alone.

Dennis stepped through the door into the Villain Orientation room, where the heroes got ready to fight whatever villain they were assigned and got information there. He'd made a point about not having anyone know his normal-person identity, as he put it, so he'd spent several minutes changing in his "lair" also known as his apartment in one of the housing projects downtown. You'd think a hero would make enough money to not need government assistance, but then you'd be dreadfully wrong. Denny's costume was simple too, just a suit good enough to protect him from most blows, and a helmet and mask to both keep his identity hidden and protect his face and head. All in all, he didn't really live up to his alias.

Adrian looked up when Dennis came in. "Hey, Heartstopper." he greeted, waving a hand as he pulled his boots on. "Ready to go?" he fastened his boots, standing and stretching, flexing just a little bit. He knew most people knew who he was; hell, he had had his face on magazine covers. Anonymity was a thing of the past for him, something he would never have again.

"Wow. Achilles? The Achilles? Holy kahoot, am I lucky to meet you! You're like, famous! I'm sorry, I didn't look too closely at who I was assigned to." Dennis blushed, you couldn't see it much under the mask. "I've heard so much about you."

Adrian laughed a little bit. "Yeah, I'm famous." he agreed. "Nice to meet you too." he could be polite, when he wanted to be. He stretched again, adjusting the fit of his suit.

"Between you and me, I'm not too excited to face the villain at hand today. The Ringmaster has legendary mind control powers. It's said he can control crowds of people, and someone apparently hired him to show up at Mayor Greene's meeting today and cause trouble." Dennis said in a small voice.

Adrian nodded. "Yeah, it's not going to be a piece of cake, but it isn't going to be the worst, I don't think. Mainly we're going to have to worry about, ah…" he thought for a moment. "Civilians and Greene's private guards. They're going to be the biggest danger, if they get controlled."

Denny nodded. "Well, what's the plan? I'm something of an amateur. And the fact that Ringmaster could actually… pose a threat… well, I don't like it."

"Yes, that's how villains work." he replied dryly, laughing a little bit. "Most of them pose a threat. But we'll be fine. Ringmaster's just…we'll have to get civis out as soon as possible, I don't want him using them as shields."
