Alex crossed his arms, "so unfair….wait…why are you here?"

"What do you mean?"

"why did you come to my house?" He rolled his eyes.

"Because I'm in trouble."

"what happened?"

"Government found out."

“Oh…are you ok, is your parents ok?”

"I…I don't know."

Alex stood up and went and hugged Lux, "it will be ok"

They leaned into him a bit.

he petted Lux.

Lux shifted faintly, ears twitching a little.

alex sighed, "i am here for you bro"

Lux shrugged, closing their eyes for a moment. "Okay."

Alex having no idea what to do. "ok"

Lux took a deep breath, pulling back after a moment.

Alex blinked and looked at lux for a moment. "you ok?"

They shrugged. "I don't know."

"oof, what can I do to help?" he asked after a moment

"I…can I stay here? For…a bit?"

Alex nodded, "yeah of course, I mean you can stay with me in my room..unless you wanna sleep in the living room"

"I don't care which." they replied.

"weeeelll, you can stay in my room then" he smiled and grabbed their hand and brought them to his room.

They smiled faintly in response, letting Jacen tug them along.

Alex opened his door dramatically, and let go of Lux's hand before flopping onto his bed.

Lux sat on the edge of the bed, quiet.

Alex laid his head on thier lap, "are you going to be ok?"

"I don't know."

He put his hand on their arm, "well, I am here, i will help you figure it out"

They smield faintly. "Okay."
