"Huh..interesting" they blink a few times and shiver, glancing at Belladonnas smile for a bit- it was pretty- "What exactly do new people in the Order do?" They blink and watch her for a bit before glancing out of the window again

She nods at the others words. "New people in the order are usually given an orientation, then they receive a booklet with monsters and information regarding how to beat them and their feeding habits. Then you chose a weapon, trained for a few weeks, and then assigned a partner. Usually someone more experienced so you learn from them." She shrugged. "Then you choose to go on your own or keep a partner."

"Alright.." they hum in response and watch buildings and houses go by outside the car, leaning against the window and shivering a bit. Some part of them hoped that Belladonna was the partner that they were assigned, probably because they wanted to get to know her better. It would be nice to have her as a friend

"Are you cold?" She asks quietly, her eyes softening as she risks a quick glance over at Orion. "I know that this is a lot to take in." She smiles softly, turning down the radio slightly so that she could focus more on Orion at the moment. She knew that it was often hard to figure out things that were going on.

"I guess..yeah" Orion sighs a bit and glances back over at her, offering a smile. ""It's alright, I'll be ok" they hum before looking back out the window again, still smiling- they enjoyed talking to Belladonna, even if they bad just met

She nods gently, her eyes soft. "It'll be okay. I can't promise anything, but I'm sure you'll be fine. After all, you tried to take a monster on with a baseball bat. You're tough." She chuckled, "Not even I was that brave when I took on my first beast… you never really forget your first experience." She shrugged as she popped a piece of gum into her mouth.

Orion smiles somewhat widely at that, I mean who doesn't like being complimented- "Mm..thank you, that means alot to me" they hum and shiver, yawning softly. They had stayed up..pretty late last night, they were honestly too excited/nervous to fall asleep easily. But now they didn't want to fall asleep, they just wanted to keep talking to Belladonna-

She nods before glancing at the other again. She chuckles a little and grabs a blanket from the back, kind of guessing where it was before tossing it over the other when she grabbed hold of it. "Rest. We've got a little more than two hours before we get to the agency. Trust me when I say you'll want to be as alert and prepared as possible." She hummed as she taps her fingers along to the beat. "We'll stop for some food before we enter HQ though."

Orion was a bit surprised from the blanket, but accepts it gratefully and pulls if over themselves better. "Alright..I'll probably take a nap then, didn't sleep much last night. Was kindof hard to-" they laugh a bit and pull their legs up onto the seat, still dangling their feet off the edge though since they didn't want to get the seat dirty from their shoes

She nods a little bit in understanding. "It's always hard to sleep." She hummed quietly, "Especially before orientation." She chuckles before sighing deeply. "Or at least try to relax, okay?" She turned the radio onto something more relaxing and hummed along with it, her eyes scanning the road casually.

"Alright..I'll try.." they smile a bit before resting their head against the window again and closing their eyes, listening to the relaxing music and the sounds of rain starting to hit the car. It was peaceful..and nice..they finally felt safe

Belladonna drove quietly, her eyes narrowed as she watches the road. She was glad that the other was going to get some sleep. She hummed along with the radio as she turned on the windshield wipers. At times she would glance over at Orion and make sure they were okay before returning her attention to the road.

Orion slowly starts drifting off, sighing softly and curling up a bit more. It was pretty much a miracle they were even able to fall asleep with something so exciting yet so stressful coming up in only a few hours- but somehow they managed it

It was good to see that Orion was sleeping. The drive was fairly short now that they were asleep. As promised, Belladonna stopped at a restaurant. She woke Orion so they could get some food, seeming chipper and in a good mood the closer they got to HQ.

Orion blinks a few times and yawns when they were woken up, sitting up in their seat and looking around. "Mm..hey.." they mumble and glance out the front windshield at the restaurant, humming a little and leaning back in their seat slightly

She smiles a little bit, "Hey there sleepyhead. How was your nap?" She asks cheerfully, her eyes bright as she leans over the seat the find her backpack in the back seat, humming when she found it and started digging through it to find her wallet. "Aha! Here it is!"

Orion smiles a bit and looks at Belladonna, humming in response and watching her for a bit. "Good..you seem really cheerful" they shiver and glance back out the window, watching some raindrops run down the window

She nods. "Yeah. HQ is basically home. We consider each other family with those we fight with." She giggles and grabs an umbrella. "You hungry?" Belladonna always loved to grab food before heading to HQ. It was always good to be top notch when entering the building.

"Not really, though I am thirsty. Is it ok if I get a drink instead?" They smile and look over at Belladonna again, smiling and unbuckling their seatbelt, still watching her

Belladonna nods, "Of course! Just make sure to use the bathroom before we head out again." She chuckles and gets out of the car, using the umbrella to shield herself before shutting the door and walking to the passengers side so that Orion wouldn't get wet.

They nod and open the door carefully so that they wouldnt hit Belladonna with it, stepping out and closing the door behind them. They duck underneath the umbrella, smiling up at Belladonna gratefully. "Alright then, let's go inside"

She waits for them patiently, a sweet smile falling over her lips as she nods. "Inside we shall go then!" She hummed and put the umbrella between the two of them before she opened the door to the restaurant for Orion. "Here you are!"

Orion smiles widely, stepping inside the resteraunt and holding watching Belladonna for a bit. They loved how she smiled, it was so pretty, and calming..it made them feel safe, safer than they had felt for a while

The restaurant was warm, the sweet aroma of food wafting through the air. She hummed in content, "This is one of my favorite places to eat." She giggles quietly, "Are you sure you're not hungry?" She asks gently, a warm smile on her lips.

Thank you, I've just been so busy and I'm really sorry if I keep not responding for long periods of time)) Orion smiles to them self and puts their hands in their pockets, tilting their head. "Pff, well from the smell of this place it is starting to make me hungry!" Orion giggles softly and keeps following them

(Hey no worries! We all need breaks!)

She laughed a bit in reply and hums, "Well then, we can get you something to eat then. Don't worry. We get free food here." She lifts her arm to reveal her wisteria tattoo. "Comes with having the restaurant so close to HQ."
