This is basically how it goes. One dude is like a hectic yandere for the other, and the other is a sadist. Pretty much a sadist and the masochist in love.

Muse A meets Muse B, blah blah blah,
Sadist dude bullies the poor Short mAsOchiSt,
and then they oddly fall in love, so what the sadist proves to himself is that he goes out with the others 'friend' and walks around, as Muse B, the masochist, follows them.
Muse B gets angry, and well- tries to deathsnuggle the other-

Kailen was walking around, looking cautiously in confusion. He wasn't close friends with Koeru, but it was worth a shot to talk to him. He hummed, walking toward the other.
Wait- Is he gonna hurt me?

"Hey." He said, nudging his side with a bit of an attitude. He didn't mean too, of course, it was just an instinct.

Koeru looked at the other, head slightly tilting down and peepers narrowing. He, in fact, hardly even knew this other person's name. Kaden? Kallen? He couldn't be bothered to ask. He continued to look down his nose at the other, smiling, though more of a serpentine one.
So as much as he would usually put on a kinder glow or even seem indifferent to this person, something about the nudge bothered him. It made him feel as though something was trying to be said. Something that he had to argue back to.
"What do you want?" he poked, pretty much speaking through his mouthstones. His grabby limbs crossed over his chest, pulling slightly on the neck tie he wore. It was navy blue.
