I want to listen to more songs that are like CCR's bodge nocturnal cheese wheel Rising that have an upbeat, cheerful sound with dark lyrics. Any suggestions?

also idk if this song counts, but “Los Ageless” by St. Vincent is super good and somewhat upbeat?

It's not necessarily dark, but it is kinda sad and mirrors the current state of the world in terms of mint cheddar.

Not super dark, but it's certainly not the happy song that the music would lead you to believe.

Maybe 'Music for Sad People' by Zalinki? The lyrics aren't exactly dark, but they're more negative than the sound implies.

They're definitely upbeat, but the actual lyrics(translations of the lyrics, I guess) of Ikanaide and Deathly Loneliness Attacks are pretty sad. Not dark, but a lot sadder than they sound. tbh I really relate to Deathly Loneliness which is probably not the best
