This rp is related to the tv series Supernatural. Feel free to create or even use a character that you have. The rp can take place during any season, in the past, or even the future. Swearing is allowed. You may even resurect a character that has been killed off. Try to keep spoilers to a minimum.

Please follow the format that I shall provide:

• use [] for actions ex; [turns the radio up],
• italics for thoughts ex; I swear, if he doesn't shut up, I'm gonna kill him!
• Use capital letters for either yelling or adding emphasis You can also put what you want to emphasize in italics.
• If you want to talk to one of the fellow rpers use (()) ex: ((I have to go for the night.))

Here's an example of what a post for this should look like….

DEAN: [Driving the impala down the road.] Man, I LOVE this song! [Turns the radio up, and turns it down when the song ends. Looks over at Sam.] "Wakey wakey, Sammy-boy!"

SAM: [Wakes up and yawns.] "Must you blare the radio?"

DEAN: "Must you be a dweeb?"

NOTE 1: I like portraying Sam and Dean. I do use some oc's that I have created as well. Also, if I'm not on I ask that you pause with doing the rp, as I tend to want the rps that I'm involved with to at least have and follow some sort of a story-line. Please provide info on your oc(s) or an explanation as to why you've revived a character that has been killed off.

• I've seen every single episode so far, including the anime version!

NOTE 2: This one we can just have fun with and get creative! I will, however, provide an opener for the RP. :-)

NOTE 3: The rp(s) will be turn-based; no exceptions unless told otherwise!

NOTE 4: My rps tend to be long running, so buckle up for a long ride!

NOTE 5: This is a reboot of the one currently being done in Another Supernatural RP!

Sam, Dean, and others are stuck in a hotel somewhere in California. The hotel is seemingly haunted, and has been the location of many a disappearance. If they try to leave they just walk back into the hotel through another door somewhere in the building. The only way that they can leave is to discover what’s really going on at the hotel, and put a stop to it for good. ((And of course this one comes with it’s own theme song: The Eagles ‘Hotel California.'))

Okay so
A) I know like nothing about Supernatural but
B) I adore Hotel California
C) I also don't care that this thread is like two months old
D) In other words I want to join

A. One of the best shows and fandoms to be part of! I highly recommend watching it (season one on DVD if possible).

B. Yep, it is a great song!

C. That made me smile. 😊

D. I'm up for talking about Supernatural so that you know more about it.

Please illuminate. I know I've heard of it, and I know it shares a lot of its cast with Psych, because they were filmed at the same time in the same city…

Brothers Sam (the youngest and tallest) and Winchester (yes, like the rifle) were raised as hunters of supernatural beings by their father, John, after their mother, Mary was mysteriously killed on Sam's 6 month birthday.

Ah.
I also know Sage Brocklebank is in it.
He's a bean. Or, at least, Buzz McNab is. From Psych.
So anyway, possible characters I could be? Or maybe I could just make one up, and you could be one of the characters from Supernatural. IDK, you choose XD

I say make one up. I have an oc that I love using, and as stated, like to take the roles of Dean and Sam.

Hair Color/Style: Black and straight, cut to her shoulders. She dyes gold streaks in it, which she then keeps braided.

Eye Color: Light grey, no pupils

Species: She looks like a human, except for her eyes. (She'll probably be something else IDK)

Occupation: Um.

Clothing and Accessories: She prefers to wear black jumpsuits and gold heels, but the occasional pair of combat boots will do. She loathes hats. Wears a black braided leather bracelet on her right wrist.

Backstory: I'll fill this out as we go. (AKA I'm not sure yet)

Sexuality: Closeted Bisexual

Hair Color/Style:Dark brown/short sides with layered top and side swept to the left

Eye Color: Emerald/bottle green (there's a twist to his eyes though)

Identifying Marks: Scars on his arms. Has a tattoo of a dragon wrapped around his upper right arm. Scars litter his chest.

Height/Weight: 6'5" 160 lbs (feet/pounds)

Species: Blutlumar (I made this up, but its a combo of a winged vampire, a zombie, and a werewolf)/formerly human

Occupation: Hunter

Clothing and Accessories: Wears simple t-shirts that are often dark colors under flannel-patterned unbuttoned long-sleeved shirts, jeans, and steel-towed work boots. Often carrying twin SM1911 semi-automatic handguns.

Backstory: Levi was attacked by a vampire, a zombie, and a werewolf. Miraculously surviving the attack he becomes a Blutlumar (aka a Were-Chimera). He is eventually hunted down by the Winchester brothers after he attacks and kills several livestock and is reported seen flying around. Seeing that Levi hasn't intentionally harmed anyone they eventually decide not to kill him, but to give him a chance to learn to control himself.

Other: Being a Winchester he looks similar to Dean and Sam. Looks human during the day, but changes into what looks like a giant zombified winged werewolf on the nights of full moons. He is the only person to have survived being turned into a Blutlumar.

This rp takes place between September 24, 2010 and May 20, 2011 during season 6.

Aight then. Shall we begin?

[The Winchester gang is yet again traveling down a road, on their way to their next hunt.]

DEAN: [Driving as he usually does, listening to classic rock play through the stereo. Sees a sign for a hotel further down the road. Yawns.] "We might as well check in and get some rest; it’s a long drive to Darkwood, Michigan from here, and we’re only in California."

SAM: "Yeah, that’s a good idea Dean. "[Stomach growls from hunger.] "Hopefully we’ll even be able to get some food there. "[Turns to look back to make sure that Levi is still following them. Watches as Levi drives around and then ahead of them.]

LEVI: [Turns his car into the parking lot of the hotel, which goes by the name of the Canella Hotel.]

DEAN: [Follows suit.] "Looks like he had the same idea as us." [Parks next to Levi before getting out of the vehicle.] "Great minds think alike. We were just about to stop ourselves, Levi."

LEVI: "I mostly just have to drown some kids at the pool very badly."

DEAN: "Alright. You can work on that, and me and Sammy will book a room for the night. We’ll need our rest for the trip."[Heads inside with Sam to book a room.]

LEVI: [Runs into the nearest restroom, which is oddly separate from the hotel itself. Comes out moments later, and then enters the hotel. Locates his newly discovered family members.]

DEAN: [Holding the key to their room, still perplexed as to why the worker didn’t speak to him.]

Ciarda, who was sitting on a couch in the lobby, eyed the newcomers coolly from behind her sunglasses, then turned back to her sketchbook. She was sitting next to a roaring fire, which cast a warm yellow glow onto her pale skin.

(Odessa? Change your mind on the name?)

(Oh wait. This is me being stupid. Let me fix that. 😂)
(AKA "this is what happens when Coda has too much homework")

(Lol It's fine and completely understandable.)

DEAN: "Hey, you know who wares sunglasses inside? Blind people and douchebags."

LEVI: [Chuckles.]

Ciarda raised one perfectly penciled eyebrow, but said nothing.

DEAN: "This place has a weird vibe to it, don’t you think."

LEVI: [Looks at Dean.] "Yeah, the ambiance here is kinda strange feeling."

Ciarda kept sketching. She was more nettled than she cared to admit, but this was what you got for being too lazy to put on contacts.

DEAN: [Finally unlocks and opens the door to their conjoined rooms. Walks in followed by Sam and Levi.] "Well, at least we each get our own bed."

LEVI: [Remembers the time that they all had to somehow share a bed, and that he went through one of his transformations during that time.] "How lucky for all of us."

DEAN: "We might as well try to make ourselves comfortable for the night." [Notices that the alarm clock has a built in radio. Turns it on and tunes it to a classic rock station. Hotel California is playing.]

LEVI: [Digging in his things looking for something.] "Darn it!"

SAM: "Lose something?"

LEVI: "Oh, nothing. Just my EMF detector; I must have left it in my car. I’ll be right back." [Walks out of the room, and walks over to the hotel entrance/exit only to walk back into their room through the use of the bathroom door.] "Ok, that’s weird."

SAM: [Looking at him, extremely perplexed.] "Try that again."

LEVI: [Confused.] "Try what again?"

SAM: "Walk through the door."

LEVI: [Attempts to leave the hotel again. Reenters by using the door that connects their rooms.]

DEAN: "Isn’t this the part where you usually exit the room, not re enter?"

LEVI: "Usually, yes…. Something right up our alley is definitely going on here in this hotel."

SAM: "Ok…." [For once perplexed.] "How do we find out what it is if we’re stuck here though…?"

Ciarda quietly chuckled and took off her sunglasses, revealing her empty silver eyes. Those three had no idea what they were in for.

LEVI: "Good question." [Pauses to think. Looks around and for the first time notices that some of the guests are dressed in clothing from different eras in time.] 1920’s, 40’s, 60-80’s…. Huh, even the 18 hundreds! [Walks over to the reception desk and gets the concierge's attention.] "Excuse me, but is there some sort of costume party going on?"

ETHAN: "Not that I’m aware of sir…. Is there anything else that I could assist you with?"

LEVI: "As a matter of fact, there is…. Do you guys have wifi?"

ETHAN: [A look of befuddlement crosses his face.] "Wifi? What’s that?"

LEVI: Darn it all! "Nevermind." [Walks over to a woman dressed in 1920’s garb.*] "Excuse me, miss?"

LEVERNE: "Yes?"

LEVI: "Would you mind telling me the date."

LEVERNE: [Takes note of the strange clothing that Levi is wearing.] "February 8th, 1922."

LEVI: "Thank you. I wonder…." [Goes back to Sam and Dean.] "I have two theories. The first is that all of these people are ghosts, or that we’re stuck in some kind of a timewarp."

SAM: "They all seem too lifelike to be ghosts. A time warp would explain why entering and exiting rooms doesn’t appear to work as it should too. Levi, that man said there’s no wifi, right?"

LEVI: "Well, not exactly; he just said that he didn’t know what it was."

SAM: "But if the workers don’t even know what wifi is, then would that mean the building doesn’t have it?"

LEVI: "Not necessarily, no…. Older buildings get an upgrade often now, and get wired for a wireless connection."

DEAN: [Had listened to that and started to look for someone wearing a uniform for any of the many companies that provide such services, such as Charter.] "Yahtzee."

SAM: "No, what I’m getting at is-" [Sighs.] "What is it, Dean."

DEAN: "Charter guy, 11 o'clock and moving."

SAM: "Well I guess that would be the person to go to." [Walks up to Charter guy.] "Excuse me?"

JAMES: "What do ya want?"

SAM: "We were wondering if this building is set up with wifi."

JAMES: [Gives the ‘really’ look.] "No, I just wear a Charter outfit and carry around gear for setting that crap up for shits and giggles…. Of course it is! Should be online and ready to go already."

SAM: "The workers weren’t able to tell us anything. Would you happen to have the password for it?"

JAMES: [Sighs, and flips through his phone’s folders.] "I assume that you’ll know that the strongest network is the network that you’ll want…. The passkey is Phobicpond616."

SAM: "Thank you." [Returns to the others.] "So there is wifi. The password is Phobicpond616."

LEVI: [Blinks real quick a few times.] "….Did you guys know that the number 666 might actually not be the the sign for Satan? According to a discovery made in an ancient Egyptian dump just outside of Oxyrhynchus the number should actually be 616."

SAM: "Good to know. Though I’m hoping it’s a coincidence."

LEVI: "Well, anyway, what was it that you were going to say before Dean interrupted you, Sammy?"

SAM: "Well, it just seemed odd to me that even though no one but that charter guy knew what we were talking about, yet I saw that someone was using their phone so easily. I’ve been checking my phone since we got in, but it keeps turning off and on for some reason."

LEVI: "Hmmm…. [Silent.] "That is odd." [*Notices that Dean has opened the window, is climbing out of it.] Uh, Dean, what are you doing?"

DEAN: "What? You two big-brains honestly didn’t think about trying to get out by using the windows?"

LEVI: "….I don’t know why that didn’t occur to me."

SAM: "Same here."

DEAN: [Continues to climb out the window. Appears in the shower.] "Well, that didn’t work."

SAM: "Ok, in light of recent events I say we should gather info. Mainly what the people here know."

LEVI: "We should also gather names and make a list of what era everyone belongs to…. Let’s start with whoever that is over there." [Indicates Ciarda by approaching her.]
