Why are people freaking out over Sans when we got fuckin' TERRY BOGARD from FATAL FURY in Smash! Or the fact that we're getting MORE fighters after the first "wave," "season," whatever you want to call it, is over? I still think that Shantae and 2B have a chance at this point. With how absolutely nutty the roster's gotten, there is nothing too farfetched.

Because nobody cares about Terry because he's just Ken with hat.

I think Terry will be cool, but I've never played Fatal Fury.

People are laughing at sans, and excited for Terry and the more fighters to come.

I've adopted Lucas as my own. He's also my main. Whenever I main a new character, I try to play a game from their series so I can have backstory since I'm a huge nerd. I own Lucas's game (as well as the previous two in his series), but I haven't finished because I'm really bad at it lol. I've seen a full play through though and it makes it sad for my boy. Look how they've massacred my boy

Also I need to rant about Hero and wtf is up with the character design. He has realistic flowing hair but his face is that super stylized angry face and that makes a terrible combination. The level of detail is amazing but then they just drop the shonen face on him, it looks like the copy/pasted it onto a fire emblem character. I saw his smash in the trailer and I can't take it seriously because they all have that exact same ridiculous angry face in perfect sync.

Akira Toriyama has always had a different style when it came to drawing anime. Dragon Ball, Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, if you didn't grow up seeing his work then it's understandable why you'd think it's weird.

Yeah I just missed that generation of stuff, looking at it now I can see the style. Is his gameplay fun? I've been on the fence about buying him. The magic system looks interesting but none of my group have played that series, unlike persona and the plant.

There's currently a free Dragon Quest XI demo on the Switch. I'd recommend starting with that before going further. If you're talking about Smash, I'd just get him so that you can experience what you'll be up against when someone else plays him. It's a lot of random chance when it comes to Hocus Pocus and Thwack, but his other spells can do crazy things if you're not ready for them.

Also, I'd highly recommend playing Chrono Trigger, you can get it on the PC or on the DS (which is superior in terms of content, but the main story remains the same). Or you could just watch Chuggaaconroy's LP of it.

I didn’t know where he came from but at least I know what a new geo pocket color is (totally not because of a sonic game) I think Sakuri is trying to bring characters who died back to life.

I kind of doubt those two, I'm not going to lie. I think maybe Bandana Dee might appear sometime, but again, we have no idea.

At this point, literally anything is possible. 2B is a powerful addition given the fact that she's already in Soul Caliber, but I really think that Nightmare would be a really cool character! Maybe Elma from Xenoblade X?
