(Sorry, sorry, I was really swamped. I’m here now and about to respond.)
(Alright. Just asusmed you wouldn’t respond because you were like responding other places but it’s whatever.)
Cia had come to class early. He didn’t do a good portion of the biology homework and had intended to ask his teacher about it, and when Rose walked in, he was sitting in his usual corner of the class, scribbling off his last answer. The teacher rose from their desk after a final few clicks of their mouse and started off the class with a review of yesterday.
Rose ran his hand through his hair as he unpacked his books. He glanced around the classroom and he opened up a notebook to take notes. This wasn’t his favorite class, so he assumed he would be bored.
Cia gave his homework a satisfied grin and pulled out his notebook for notes as well, which was scribbled on over the cover. He opened it up and sat it down carefully on the desk, humming softly as he read over his notes with the teacher’s review.
Rose wrote down the notes as the professor spoke. He licked his usually pouty lips, shifting a bit in his seat. He would occasionally doodle on the corners and edges of the page.
The professor eventually moved on to the notes and assignments for the class. They handed out a couple thick packets, explaining how and when to conplete it.
Cia scribbled the instructions onto the packet directly, but he doubted he’d remember.
(Bump.)
Rose took the packet, and glanced over the first few pages. He wrote down what needed to be done in the notebook before shutting it and tucking the packet away.
(Where should we go with this?)
(They could bump into each other after class, maybe?)
(Sure.)
Soon (or perhaps never) the class ended. The professor squeezed in a couple last words, before dismissng the class and turning back to their desk.
Cia hastily packed up his stuff and flung his bag over his shoulder, pushing his way out of the bustling classroom.
Rose collected his books into his backpack. He walked towards the door, but felt someone run into him almost a bit roughly. He stumbled a tad, but didn’t fall, at least.
Cia stole a glance over his shoulder, having slammed into someone as he wove in front of them. He hurried out of the room, then stood by the door loyally to apologize.
Rose brushed his hair back, taking a moment to collect himself. He then left the classroom, glancing over at the other breifly.
Cia rose a hand slightly in greeting and started to walk along side Rose. “Hey, uh, sorry about pushing you like that. Someone pushed me forward.”
Rose looked up at the other a bit more properly now. “Oh, that’s alright, I understand,” he responded softly.
Cia nodded and chewed on his lip, which seemed dry, bloody and skinless. “So… were’s your next class?”
“I have British Liturature next, it’s the next building over,” Rose answered. He shifted his grip on his backpack a bit.
Cia nodded and looked over his shoulder. “I have Physics next, so I guess this is where we part ways.”
Rose nodded his head a little bit. “Yeah, I guess. Bye, then..”
(Skip?)
(Yeah. When do you think we should skip to?)
(Hmmm when they see each other next? A couple days?)
(Yeah, sure)
Rose had managed to get to class a bit early that time. He slid into a seat, and rested his head down on the desk for a moment, feeling a bit exhausted,
Cia had given himself some time to get to class, but he was still one of the first ones there. He quietly greeted the teacher on his way by and scooted into his corner, setting down his bag and pulling another assignment out.
Rose cracked his eyes open and noticed that the male from yesterday was there. He glanced away quickly, biting his bottom lip.
Cia smoothed out the paper and glanced up and around, raising his eyebrows. Nothing out of the ordinary… He shrugged and went to writing.
Rose gave a soft huff and sat up. Class hadn’t started just yet, but people were filing in right before it was about to start.
