Cooper’s arms wrapped around her slowly.

She moaned quietly.

(One final down, one to go.)

Cooper chuckled. “Whatcha doing?”

"I don't know," she mumbled tiredly, cuddling against him.

“Hm. Someone sounds tired,”

"I'm not tired…"

He let out a high pitched whimper he let his tongue lay out of his stuck open mouth.

"It's okay honey, I'm here. You'll be okay."

He whimpered softly, his brain telling him to get up but his body still frozen. The wolf closed his eyes close slowly.

Lillian couldn't help them, they just happened when he kissed her neck.

Darren chuckled and looked her in the eyes, “You sound like you’re enjoying yourself,”

"So what if I am?" Lillian smirked a little.

He whimpered softly, his brain telling him to get up but his body still frozen. The wolf closed his eyes close slowly.

She pet him slowly, upset at herself that she couldn't help and mad at the world that it was doing this to them.

She didn’t have to be upset, his whimpering ceased and he moved his lips, bearing his teeth and them letting them relax, over and over just because he could move that part of him.

"Is the pain worth it?" She mumbled to herself. "Is it worth being here for all this?"

Its well worth it if I’m with you. he hated to think of her not being there with him.

Lillian couldn't help them, they just happened when he kissed her neck.

Darren chuckled and looked her in the eyes, “You sound like you’re enjoying yourself,”

"So what if I am?" Lillian smirked a little.

"Hmm, sassy, huh? Be careful," he chided.

Its well worth it if I’m with you. he hated to think of her not being there with him.

"I'm starting to doubt that it is." Her voice dropped lower. "But it's not your fault. Don't think that it is."

His leg twitched as he realized he could move it just slowly. You can't think that.

She sighed heavily. "I'm not cut out for this…"

Convel roared a little, That's not true. Come on, Belle.

"I'm not tired…"

"I beg to differ…"

"Don't give me that. I'm young, meant to be out doing stupid things, not being tortured by something I can't control. I'm not meant for this."

He gave you an out! He told you that a long time ago and you stayed. Convel huffed.

"Okay, will you just shut up for two minutes? Let me sit here and vent otherwise it won't be good for anyone."

"Why should I be careful?" Lillian felt her smirk grow a little.

"No promises." She shook her head to clear her thoughts. "I just sometimes imagine what would've happened if I hadn't left him…would we be here the same way you and I are? Happy together but fearing for our lives?"

He doesn't fear for his life but…. Mhm.

Well she fears for hers so shush. "I want to forgive him and I want to move on but my heart won't let me give up that kind of grudge so easily. I was so upset and angry and confused that I practically suicidal. But my thing is…why? Why did he do this? A truss isn't something you just make on a whim. It takes careful thought and consideration and time. So why? I get it, we had the potential to be something amazing but we'd been broken up for so many years. I just don't get it."

A truss isn't something he chose to have, that's the worst part. He missed Belle and coming back didn't help when he saw she was with Ryan. He couldn't stop thinking about it and his demon side grew the same attachment he'd had already. Convel let out a sigh for her to continue.

"Come on you can at least pretend to care about what I'm saying." She sighed, slightly deflated. "Sometimes I just wish I could go back. Go back and make it never happen. All the stress, the worry, the constant tension, it would be gone."

I do care, I'm just listening. He sighed. Don't go back. It's part of your life and that's okay.
