So, I'm writing a podcast and I need a plot!
I'll give you the characters and the setting and we can go from there :)

Alrighty, so we've got the Museum Of Magical Artifacts, a museum run by two gods dubbed the Curator and the Archivist (they're lesbian and in love)

The Museum is filled with a manner of artifacts that should really not be stored in the same building let alone the same hall like The Hall Of Somewhat Safe Artifacts

My first thought is someone stealing one or more artifacts, and the Curator and the Archivist have to hunt them down using other artifacts??

Ah, let me add some more, sorry
The main characters would be some new recruits, one would be from this guild of assasins (I'll share the guild characters later) , one would be from a newspaper ad, and another would be a wildcard.
I haven't made those yet

So the guild is
Dina, codename the White Rabbit, runs a cafe that serves as a cover for the guild
Malcom Rose, codename the Queen of hearts, a local therapist with Antisocial Personality disorder, a bit eccentric
Chance Madrina, no codename yet, recent transfer from the museum
Felix, no one's sure what she does, we think she's the lawyer but she also might be a demon

So is the entire guild going to become part of the Museum, or just one of them?

Just one of them, they aren't the same thing, but they work together becuase most of them are very gay for eachother and the rest got tired of them skipping team meetings so they decided to truce

Ah, alright, alright. So what kind of vibes are you going for, in terms of plot?

Some workplace comedy, a smidge of horror but only sometimes, deff magic and I really enjoy deep plot with lots of comedy, take the podcast Dark Ages for examply

Alright! I'm going to be 100% honest: I don't listen to podcasts all that often, even though I want to. I just don't have the time. So I may not be the best person to help, but I'll try. Are you planning to do "Seasons" or what's your release schedule going to be like?

Hmm alright! So a release schedule of once a month, and how long? Like how long is each episode? Because that's going to be a deciding factor in the plot. How many episodes per season/arc, and how long is each episode?

I'm thinking maybe an hour, but realistically most episodes tend to be thirty minutes when a story poscast
However, if me and a team i'll hopefully find are good at the shit we do, we could do two eps per month

Alright! So approximately an hour or two a month. Do you want the plot to arch over from one season to another, or do you want just one plot per season?

I think one major plot per season but there can be minor plots that add up I thinks

Alright, that sounds good. So I'm thinking…a mix of Supernatural and The Office??

I've never watched either of those but I vaugely know their genres, so yeah!

Haha well alright! So I think for a plot, you'd want to know a lot about the character's, and then they should practically make half the plot on their own, since you said you wanted workspace hijinks. So the first thing to work on is the characters

So I know that the other gods come around a bunch so I'll throw out some gods!
The Overseers- the twins who created the universe, there's Jasper the overseer of death and Ayran, the overseer of Life.
The Headmaster: James, he's the god of knowledge, also Ayran's husband
The Mother: Emilia, the goddess of family
The Exiled One: The Deity of flames and warmth, Kip is known more for the crime they haven't commited, currently being chased down by the King of Hell
The King: Said king of hell, Asmie, he will probably chase Kip through the museum at least once

I like them! What crime did Kip not commit, though?

Oh, armed burglary and cyber terrorism.
