"So… instantaneous affection?" he asked, trying to figure out why this guy wasn't trying to get out of it or possibly resented him for getting them into this.

Alfie looked at him strangely. He didn't understand what that big word meant. "What?"

"Uhm… don't worry about it too much… just me trying to process this.." he said softly. Whelp… he is kinda cute…

Alfie tilted his head kind of like a puppy. "O-okay then." He laid his head on Arthur's shoulder

Arthur couldn't help but smile. Okay… how is he so adorable? he thought, leading him into an apartment building and to the elevator.

As soon as they go in to the elevator, alfie started pushing all the buttons with a giggle

Arthur laughed, gently stopping him. "We only need to press one button silly" he said, unable to stop smiling as he punched in the right floor.

"But I like pressing buttons." Alfie turned and stared at him as he pushed another button.

Arthur smiled at him, "Yeah, but it's not always good to press the buttons" he said, thinking of the big red "DANGER" buttons in cartoons.

Alfoe pressed another button, staring him jn that "whatcha gonna do about it?" face

Arthur sighed, rolling his eyes and pulling him into a tight hug after pressing the correct button, letting the elevator move.

Alfie squealed and turned in his arms. He hugged him tight

Arthur hummed, unsure why he liked this, but hey, he'd roll with it.

Alfie smiled up at him. He yanwed again

Arthur waited till the elevator stopped before leading him out and down the hall, grabbing his key and leading the other into his apartment.

Alfie follwoed him, staring at him adoringly. He didnt pay attention where he was going and tripped over his own feet.

Arthur looked back at him still wondering how the other could already trust him so much. "Well…. this is my place, uhm… it's not much.. but" he shrugged, shutting the door once the other was inside.

Alfie walked in and looked around in awe. He got on the couch and started jumping on it.

Arthur burst out laughing, "Try not to break it!" he said, laughing.

Alfie giggled and plopped down on it. He scrambled up and started exploring the rest of the home

Arthur watched him with amusement, casually following him, curious.

Alfie opened all the cabinets in the kitchen and left them open. He started opening doors and walking in

Arthur smiled, following him, and closing some of the doors as he went.

Alfoe finally found the room with a bed in it and he jumped on it, quickly stripping down, and getting under the covers
