Sebastian had sat down when they reached the table, looking over the menu he had been given.
"Hm?" he said, looking up. "Sure, I suppose. Don't take too long, though." Sebastian was relaxed, thinking nothing was amiss.
"There are other things I'd like to show you." Sebastian tilted his head a bit, giving another soft hum like he had in the elevator. He looked like he was really enjoying this time with Brenn, because he was. He'd like to do it more often, it wasn't fair to Brenn to keep him cooped up all day every day.
Brenn started to stand up, when he took a look at Sebastian, Is it worth it?. . .Uhm, yeah. I mean. He just stood there awkwardly trying to think through his thoughts and figure ou what to say, "Uhm, okay thank you." He said as he started to walk to the bathroom, Should I go through with this? I want too, I can't stand people thinking of me as a pet any longer. . . He entered the bathroom and took a good look at himself in the mirror, and he saw the necklace. He grabbed at it tearing it off his neck, "I'm done with this." He mumbled and exited the bathroom, leaving the necklace on the counter of the sink. Brenn checked the hallway before he headed to the exit making sure that no one could see him, then rushed out the backdoor into the alleyway behind.
Sebastian was quiet, still waiting for Brenn to return. He genuinely thought the man was just using the restroom. That is, until he got a text from one of his friends.
He's on the run. Sebastian cursed under his breath, hurrying to the bathroom to see if it was true. He really didn't want to believe it. He let out a soft breath when he saw the necklace on the counter. No…
Should we kill him? Sebastian stared at the phone, picking the necklace up in one hand.
No. I want him alive. Sebastian would show Brenn what happened to people who took advantage of him. He held the necklace tightly in his hand, turning and leaving the restaurant without another thought.
He was getting Brenn back.
Brenn ran through the back alleys and toward the one safe space he could ever think of. His old apartment. In retrospect he should have known that it was a dumb idea, but that was only place he could think of, and he could probably just get out as quickly as possible. He ran up the flights of stairs to his room and grabbed for the key he kept hidden under his mat. He fumbled a bit as he unlocked the door, and the second the door was open he closed it behind him, locking it tightly and then began to push things up against the door trying to barricade the door. Then making sure things were okay he quickly changed trying to make himself look as different as possible. He grabbed a backpack and stuffed random things into it, then climbed out of the fire escape, unsure of what to do now.
Sebastian scowled softly to himself. Still, he walked back to the apartment complex. He'd wait for Brenn to be delivered to him- he wouldn't give the man the satisfaction of being chased by Sebastian himself.
There was a quiet knock on Brenn's door. When it wasn't answered, the knock was a bit louder, and soon it had built up to a loud banging noise. They stopped as suddenly as they started, though, hurried footsteps trailing away. There were several people in the alleyway underneath Brenn, but it would be hard to tell if they worked for Sebastian or not unless he went down. There was up, of course, but that would just take him to the roof. That is, up was an option until a woman stepped out onto the fire escape as well, one of the ones from the party- the one who'd brought the collar and leash.
"Well, haven't you been a very naughty boy~?" she cooed.
Brenn's eyes widened as he looked down at the ground, realizing that there weren't any other options. Well, he could fall to his death, but that was kind of chancy, they could always stop the impact. The only way out that would probably work the best for him would have to be surrender, and that's what he did. He sighed, knowing that he was caught, and his shoulders slumped forward, now looking down at his feet, "I. . .I." He mumbled quietly, feeling the woman grab him by his arm and pull him into the building. Once back inside his apartment he saw more people all with angry or even pleased faces staring down at him. Oh dear god. . .I shouldn't have run. . .
The woman seemed to have mixed feelings, but they all seemed to be positive.
"Now, now, everyone," she said. "Sebastian wants the little twerp back alive, so that's what we're going to do, do you hear? If you want to rough him up, I'd suggest asking for Sebastian's permission." Her phone buzzed, and she looked down at it.
"Sebastian wants him brought back to the apartment. Fabian, do you think you could manage that? I've got some work to get back to." The woman let go of Brenn's arm, pausing just a moment to flick his head.
"It seems Sebastian didn't break you enough. Ah, well, I'm sure he's going to fix that now." She smirked at Brenn, leaving the room.
Brenn glared down at the ground, not wanting to listen to this woman, or have to deal with this at the moment. Even though he knew that he had brought himself into this situation. I'm and idiot. . ._He thought sadly, _I just wanted my freedom, is that too much to ask for? I don't want to be some rich boy's pet? I wanted to be back home, not with his man. When the woman speak to him again, he glared over at her, "Hhmph, funny." He said, under his breath, not even caring at the moment of the consequences. Just go through this, and thing'll be okay. Sebastian won't let them hurt you too much.
Brenn's arm was grabbed again, and soon he was in a the back of a car, being brought back to the apartment. Sebastian was sat in the living room, on the couch. He had the collar and leash in his hand, eyes closed as he kept his face indifferent. In reality, he was hurt, and he was angry. Very, very angry. He stood when there was a knock on the door, opening it. There was Brenn, having been… escorted back. He glared down at the other man.
"Thank you," he said to his friends, grabbing Brenn's arm. He was holding it too tight, using too much force. Was it really still an act?
The ride back to the car was very tense. Well, at least it felt that way for Brenn, the other people in the front were speaking of ways that Sebastian might decide to kill him, or ways of torture at least. Each time that the people would speak a chill would go down his spine and he would hope that Sebastian would understand. like how they had spoken about earlier. But when he was forced back into the apartment, his hopes were crushed. He saw Sebastion looking like his normal self. But he could tell that things weren't the same, things wouldn't be the same from this moment one. But he still tried to make it seem that things were alright. When Sebastian grabbed his arm he winced and tried to pull away from him, "Owww, Sebastian, stop." He mumbled trying to pull his arm away from him.
((Hey just saying, to know that like Sebastian could do whatever he wants with Brenn, I really don't mind))
(yeee, perfect >:D)
The door was closed, leaving Brenn and Sebastian alone. Sebastian didn't let go of Brenn, forcing him over to the wall.
"Was it worth it?" He asked softly. He was doing everything in his power to keep himself under control. He reached his second hand up, grabbing Brenn's chin and forcing him to look up at Sebastian. There was anger in his eyes, masking the pain of the betrayal.
"Was it?" He demanded again, voice harsher. There would be no back to normal after this. Brenn was his now, and he'd never let Brenn run again.
(oooh it's gettin' heated)
(Oh, Brenn 100% just fucked himself over)
Brenn glared up at him, trying to act as though he wasn't scared, that he wasn't terrified. "Yes. . ." He said softly, not at first believing himself, "It was." Brenn knew that that wasn't the right answer, or at least the answer Sebastian wanted, but he didn't care, he didn't care how much he angered Sebastian at the moment. "Let me go." He muttered, his voice full of anger, "I'm not some toy, I have a life too." Brenn said struggling against Sebastian's grip, "This isn't right, you can't control me like this." This isn't right, he can't do this to me? Can he? He glanced around, not seeing anyone else, now realizing how bad of a position he had put himself in.
Sebastian growled softly. He didn't say a word, grabbing Brenn by the hair and dragging him out of the living room. He pulled Brenn into his room, pointing at Moose.
"That's what you are!"'He said. "You're mine, I can do whatever I damn well please with you, and no one will be able to do a thing about it." Sebastian slammed Brenn against the wall again.
"Your life is mine," he growled. "I tried to be nice- but that's not going to be happening anymore. You're going to understand just how little your life means to me."
Brenn winced and tried to pull himself away from Sebastian, he know realized how furious Sebastian was, Oh god. . . He thought as he tried to stand up, but it was no use, he knew that he had been a fool, thinking that he could escape. When Sebastion brought him back into his room, pointing at Moose, a tear slipped down his cheek. This isn't right though, t-this i-is my life. . . He hadn't wanted to start crying, but he was in pain, and ashamed, now realizing how serious this was. "n-no. . .stop. . ." He whimpered, trying to pull away, "This isn't right at all." But the slam to the wall had been a bit too much, and he began to feel dizzy.
"I gave you everything I could! I let you go out with me, and this is how you repay me?!" Sebastian threw Brenn on the ground, not caring anymore. Why did it hurt so much? Why did it hurt to know Brenn would run the first chance he got, even was Sebastian was doing everything he could to keep him safe, keep him happy. Why did it hurt that Brenn had tried to leave him?
Sebastian knelt down, taking Brenn's chin in his hand again.
"Do you know what isn't right?" He said softly. "Nothing I did was good enough for you, was it."
Brenn whimpered as he hit the ground, "P-please-please stop. . ." He shuddered in pain, trying to push Sebastian away. "I-I'm sorry. . ." He said quietly, tears forming in his eyes. Brenn took a gasp of air, trying to speak, "I-I. . .I w-wanted my freedom." Brenn shuddered again, wishing he hadn't run away, and just wishing that this would all end soon. But, he knew that this was only the beginning, he could die at this moment by the hands of this man, or he might survive to a degree. Brenn pushed himself up to look up at the man, "I. . .i-it was, I-I I. . .w-was ungrateful, I-I w-wanted m-my home. . ." He figured that if he began to say what Sebastian wanted himself to say and to respond in the way he would like, things might go better for him, "I-I'm s-sorry. . ." He mumbled again, his fear now showing in his eyes.
Sebastian had calmed down a bit by now. He wasn't yelling anymore, and he looked like he wasn't going to hit Brenn anymore. Still, he held Brenn's head in his hands, forcing the man to look at him. He wasn't letting Brenn go anywhere.
"You lost your old home the moment you came into mine," Sebastian said softly to Brenn. "And you lost your freedoms when you tried to leave."
Brenn whimpered a little bit, now completely terrified of the other man, and willing to do whatever it would take to make this pain end. But there wasn't anything to do except be forced to stare into the cold eyes of what was now his actual owner. Before it had seemed to be just a title, just something to appease Sebastian's friends, but now it seemed as though that was the way it was going to be, no matter who was around. He managed to say a quiet, "Yes sir." before he tried to move away again, he wasn't liking the feeling of this man's hands on him, but he knew that this probably wasn't going to be the end of this, There is probably going to be more coming. . . Brenn thought with a shudder, All I wanted was to go back home? Is that all that bad? Yet, he could somewhat see it from the other man's perspective, He was probably afraid that I'd turn him in, but I wouldn't. He treated me well, I just wanted to go back to my old life. But, if he knew that, why did he want to get me back? It's not like I'm worth much to him or anything. I'm really not worth much to anyone, but still he's angry that I left. . .Why?
Sebastian's grip in Brenn tightened a bit when he tried to pull away. There would be no more trying to leave. Brenn would take anything and everything Sebastian did to him.
"Enough," Sebastian said, voice as cold as his eyes. At least Brenn was learning quicker than expected.
Brenn nodded quickly, not speaking and stayed still, now looking down instead of up at Sebastian. Just obey him, that'll get him to calm down and hopefully he'll leave you alone. It'd be more fun for him to try and put you in your place, so maybe doing what he wants will please him or bore him. A shiver of fear went down his spine, he wasn't sure what the man would want with him, and just the fear of what it could possibly be scared him. He's seen a lot, and he knows a lot, so it could be anything. . .I don't want anything though, I just . . .just. He couldn't think straight though. He felt the other man pulling him to be looking at him again, and he nearly yelped feeling Sebastian pulling roughly at his hair.
Sebastian's eyes traveled over Brenn a moment, just like the first time. Accessing him.
"You can say goodbye to your room," he finally said. "And if you ever try this again…" Sebastian leaned forward. "You can say goodbye to Moose." Sebastian stood, bringing Brenn up with him. He had absolutely no qualms threatening to sell… or kill… the bird to keep Brenn in line.
Brenn tried to look away from the other man, feeling a bit uncomfortable with having the man study him like that. He just didn't like the look of in the man's eyes or the feeling, he knew that something was different in his gaze, something hadn't been there before, and he didn't like it. . .at all. As he pulled up to his feet he mumbled a few yes sirs to what Sebastian was saying, a feeling of helplessness washing over him, he had hoped that he could possibly get away from this life, but it seemed like it wasn't meant to be, this was where he was stuck at the moment, no matter how much he hated the idea of it.
