So this is going to be a spy RP.
I do have a plot.
For the initial telling, my character is going to be the top spy for Tidal Wave who prefers to work alone.
Your character is the up-and-coming newbie spy who gets paired with my character due to a technical glitch.
More will be revealed shortly.

Name: Tannika "TK" Kingsley
Agent name: Agent Aim

Gender: Female/Androgynous
Sexuality: Lesbian
Appearance: TK is very curvy and sturdy with a lot of muscle and fat. Narrow shoulders/frame. Very muscular calves and arms. She has some body dysmorphia because she would prefer to be skinny and flat-chested, because her body isn't necessarily androgynous. Her eyes are a pale-blue-green-gray and her skin is fair with a smattering of freckles covering her entire body. She sunburns easily. Her hair is cut short in a pixie cut and its a faded, dusty reddish/ginger. She's very short, barely topping five feet. Her smile is her only conventionally beautiful feature.
Style: Wears mostly androgynous outfits. A sports bra to make her chest flatter, a loose fitting patterned shirt, high waisted buckle jeans, and sneakers. Likes to wear a lot of baggy clothes.
Personality: ISTP-A: The Virtuoso. TK is fierce, aggressive, and passionate. She lives for the rush of adrenaline in dangerous situations. She values her life, but feels young and invincible. She acts as though she is a god at times. This overconfidence makes her a viable ally, as she will never give in to a fight, but also a dangerous liability. However, outside of the battle, she's a likable and fun person to be around. She loves to talk and offer bad advice. However, she also has body image issues that manifest in periods of not eating and being generally annoyed and grouchy. She is quick to challenge people, especially people in authority. Not the best at taking orders, although she is improving in that. She sarcastic and snarky to a fault, going too far in her insults. She craves new experiences so she'll often do something reckless or morally gray in order to experience some new sensation. Loves to experiment with her appearance, her sexuality, different substances, food, and anything else. An exciting person to be around, but she can be draining.
Likes: Singing, any kind of art, indie movies, indie and alternative music, playing violin, playing piano, any type of game or sport that is at all competitive, cuddling, sleeping, and training.
Dislikes: Her body, lightning storms, romantic comedies, kids/teenagers, being bored, not feeling needed, feminine stuff
Background: Born to rich parents. They were fairly supportive of her, although when she came out as a lesbian to them, they were unimpressed and a bit aloof. However, people at her school were quick to tease, especially since she dressed and acted androgynous as well. They would make fun of her body and her sexuality. She developed an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, which lasted the better part of high school. Once she went to college, chopped off her hair, and started partying and meeting people and letting her inhibitions fade away, she started to recover. Finally, she went to therapy and kicked the eating disorder for good. She still has issues with her body, but they're not as major.
Preferred weapon: She's quite aggressive and unusually strong, so she likes to use her fists. However, she is fairly skilled with a gun.
Abilities: Much stronger than she appears. Good at strong arming people and getting information out of them. Great at stealth.
Other: She LOVES cheesy, cheesy pasta.

Name: Robin Carter. Better known as Carter. Get close enough, and you’ll learn her name is actually Robin.
Agent name: Agent Byte

Appearance: Carter has tanned skin with a soft dusting of freckles. Her eyes are a brilliant emerald, and she can make them portray any emotion, no matter what she feels. Her hair is waist length and a dark red, normally straight but sometimes wavy. She has a mandala tattoo on her back.
Style: When not in her spy uniform, Carter wears anything that is comfortable.
Personality: Robin works alone. She can be closed off to people that she doesn’t know, and she is often judgemental of her assigned partner if they aren’t Iniko, which often leads to them asking to be reassigned. She is sarcastic and kind, but can get annoyed easily.
Likes: Being a spy, gymnastics, technology, Iniko, working alone
Dislikes: Working with others, mafia, crime bosses
Background: Carter grew up around technology. Her grandparents owned a multi-million tech company, and when they retired her parents took up the company. So, Carter and her older brother Alex had nothing to do but play with tech. As she grew up, Carter started to do normal girl things, like gymnastics and cheerleading. This left her with amazing flexibility and movement. Apart from this, she was also incredibly smart, so she spent most of her spare hours in a tech lab. When she was about 16, she was approached by someone to create gadgets for a company. She didn’t know what it was, but she was happy to have a job. After a few weeks, she figured out that it was a spy agency called T.I.D.A.L. She remained in a tech lab until she was about 17 and a half, and then she was able to do field work. Carted is an agent with one of the highest clearances in the agency.
Carter works alone. No one gets in her way, and she can get things done quicker. On the odd occasion that she has to work with someone else, she refuses to work with someone unless it’s her best friend Iniko. She feels that he is the only person who matches her skills, and that he is the only one tolerable.
Carter makes most of her own gadgets. She often takes tech from her parents’ company that Alex took over, and he comes to her for help when he needs it.
Preferred weapon: Carter doesn’t use weapons per se, but she does have a gauntlet that she designed by which she can hack into basically anything.

"Crtk…Agent Byte…crtk…come in Agent Byte…crtk…" Carter's com buzzed in her ear.
"I'm here," She replied, looking up the building. She looked down at her gauntlet, mapping out a plan into the building. "Hey, when is my partner getting here?"
"Agent Aim is just around the corner."
"Agent Aim?! But my partner is supposed to be Agent Cobalt!"

TK tugged at her gloves, her jaw clenching. She had no doubt in her own abilities, but she couldn't help but be nervous. She was being paired with an absolute genius –a girl her own age who'd worked at T.I.D.A.L for years. For that to be even remotely possible, she must have an amazing set of skills. TK wasn't quite sure how she'd landed being her partner, but she was determined to do her best to impress Agent Byte.

She spotted her standing near a building at their check-in point. She walked over, trying to appear confident. Someday she would be as good, and then better than Byte. It was only a matter of time. Until then, she'd soak up everything she could learn from her. "Agent Byte?"

Carter glanced up, then back at her gauntlet. "You're no Iniko, but you'll do for the mission." She grabbed a gadget out of her belt, shooting it upwards. It latched onto the very top of the building, the place they needed to go. She looked back at TK. "Keep up." She started up the side of the building, not looking back to see if TK was following her.

Overcoming her surprise at the way Carter brushed her off, TK followed suit quickly, retrieving her own device and latching onto the side of the building. She couldn't help but smirk as she rose, loving the way the wind felt in her hair and the height she was at. She'd been briefed rather vaguely before hand, which is what she liked. She loved being given some flexibility. The two of them soon reached the top.

Reaching the top a fair while before TK, Carter started to survey the building on the gauntlet. The faint glow from the 'hologram' cast a soft light on her face, and she quickly clicked through. She was able to access the firewall from the gauntlet, and she set to work on it. Without looking up, she asked TK "Do you know what you're doing?"

"I'm the muscle," she replied automatically once she finally reached the top, as she said on every mission. She actually kind of liked making people think she wasn't thinking. She wasn't a super-genius and she didn't want anyone getting the wrong idea.

That made Carter glance up. "I don't care what your main skills are, whether you're a techie or a gymnast. I asked if you knew what you were doing, not what your skills were. Again. Do you know what you're doing?"

"Look, I read the brief same as you," TK replied, growing annoyed. She clenched her jaw. "I look up to you, but techically we're partners and equals. You don't see me grilling you about what you're supposed to do."

"Yeah, because you know that I know what I'm doing," Carter said simply, turning back to her gauntlet. She breached the firewall, getting in. "See, this is why I only work with Iniko."

"Sucks for you," TK said, suddenly much less impressed with Carter. "Quit whining and let me do what I do best." She cracked her knuckles, preparing to sneak in to the building.

Carter sighed. "You can't just barge in, that's not how it works. They'll get you immediately, and then I'll have to finish the mission and rescue you."

(I was thinking just a simple extraction mission –like they're going in to download information. My girl clears a path and Carter slips in and downloads info to a USB…or something cliche like that. It's just confusing to write a mission that we have no clear objective for lol)

"I know that," TK said, pretending that she wasn't about to rush in there headlong. "I'm just getting impatient. How much longer?"

"You need to learn to be patient, otherwise you'll never get far in the agency." She used her gauntlet to take a physical map of the building, gathering where everyone was. She pulled up where their target was. "29th floor. West wing. That's where Natalia Heinze is being kept."
