"Maki, come on." Coco pleaded. Maki sighed and nodded towards Ara. She would only lower her gun if Ara did. Coco looked behind her at Ara. She didn't feel right if a shoot out happened in a building with people who had nothing to do with this fight. "I'll come help, but once we save Asa, me and her will be having a talk."
(Sorry it's short. Just a tad busy right now.)
(It's fine.)
Ara gave a slight nod and lowered her gun. She didn't put it back in its holster yet once Maki put hers down then she'll put it away. Arashi was silently glad nothing was going to happen and didn't care about what might happen later.
Maki lowered her gun, she didn't have a holster, so she set it on the desk behind her. "So you'll come?" Coco moved out of the way, she didn't want Ara to think she was just in between them because she thought she was weak. Coco knew Ara could take care of herself, but the people in the building would if something went down. Maki shrugged and grabbed her laptop shoving it in her backpack that sat next to her desk. Maki was always prepared for anything and everything. "Yuki can ride with Ara and I'll take Maki." Coco kept her cool on the outside, but on the inside she was a bit relieved. "Alright let's head out." She walked out, down the stairs and got on her bike. She was kinda tired of dealing with people today. Maki got on the back of Coco's bike. Coco gave Maki her helmet. Yuki and Maki were the youngest on the four right now, so it was only right that they wore them.
Arashi put her gun back into her holster after disarming it. She followed them out of the building and got onto the bike and looked to Yuki. She figured she wouldn't be needed for the next retrieval now that there were other Arc Angel members around. Letting out a sigh, "Get on the bike and get ready to hold on tight."
Yuki got on and held tight, and the only thing going through his mind was wishing to be older. He thought he was a pretty decent looking guy, so maybe if he was older, he could stand a chance against Coco. He couldn't tell if Ara was even a bit interested in Coco, but with the way she react when Coco is around, makes him think she might have an interest. But there's a lot of people who are interested in Coco yet they never get into a relationship. They only like Coco for her looks, then move on. Maybe, it was like that with Ara. Yuki was tricking himself into thinking he still may have a chance. "Alright, let's go." Coco's bike skid a bit then went off onto the rode.
Arashi revved the engine up and began to follow after Coco's bike. She had a slight grin as the adrenaline rushed through her and began to speed up along the road. Nothing got her heart racing like speeding along the streets on a bike. The rush of adrenaline, the wind in her hair, the wild feeling of having all and absolutely no control, Ara was addicted to it all. She couldn't wait to finish her own bike so she could do this all the time.
Time seemed to freeze for a moment as those words left Kyo's lips. Now that it had been said, it made sense. The loss of a mother that meant everything to you was sure to leave a lasting effect on a person's mind, however, despite knowing Ryuu for a long time, Len had never known him to be the kind of person to do this. "I will admit, it is a little uncanny. The resemblance between Asa and his mother I mean. Its a wonder that no one has spotted this before." he reached out to touch the file, his fingertips brushing against Kyo's hand. Instinctively he glanced up at the man as if he were about to apologise, although no words came. He simply stared at Kyo's lips, his heart telling him to do something his brain knew he shouldn't. Last time I listened to my head I nearly got myself killed, I'll be damned if I don't take this chance! Ever so slowly, Len's face moved closer to Kyo's until their lips were pressed against each other.
Five gang members, including Kira's youngest sister, were interrogating him on his fighting technique, and, more importantly, his relationship with music.
"I just don't understand it," Eta sighed, her hands on her hips. "All you do is plug your earphones in and you're away with the wind."
"You move so elegantly yet in a dangerous way." Anri, one of the marksmen shrugged, pushing his fake glasses up on his face. "What is the secret?"
Kira sat there with a smirk on his face as the others spouted out everything they had to say on the matter. He held up a hand and beckoned them to follow him down the hallway to the training room. It was a room that no one else used apart from him, since no one else had the key or knew the pin for the door. "You know, if you lot spent more time observing your surroundings and less time gossiping about the people at your school, you'd actually be able to do this yourself. But I'm willing to show you how it's done, and only you five."
Coco stopped her bike and turned if off. Looking around for Kira, she couldn't see him at all. How am I supposed to introduce him to Maki if he's not even here? She sighed and beckoned Maki to follow. "Here your own little corner. Once Blue Moons leader is found I'll introduce you." Maki took the spot in the corner and ignoring everyone in the room. "Alright then…" Coco sighed and walked away. She waited for Ara to arrive. Maybe finally they could sit and have a conversation.
Kyo was a bit surprised by Len's boldness, and his heart skipped a beat. Kyo took the rest of his mask off, and pulled Len closer. Kyo knew for a long time him and Len had something, but neither of them would make the first move. Kyo kissed him back hoping no one would come in. He didn't want his face to be known and he also didn't want to be interrupted. Len was older but Kyo was bigger. When they were younger Kyo was a lot smaller than Len and he felt Len only treated him like a little brother, but something along the way changed, When? He wasn't entirely sure. His brown hair was sticking up and clung to his face from the sweat. He wanted to exceed Len's expectations, so tried his best to get info and hurry back. From under his mask you couldn't tell, but when it was off, he became human. Showing emotion, and feeling things. Under the mask he was just Fox, the information gatherer. He was glad he had Len. Really glad.
Ara brought the bike to a stop outside where the hideout with a stupid grin on her face. She couldn't help it. As she entered the hideout she wiped it off and handed the bike's keys back to their owner and went to lean back against the wall. Arashi didn't think she would be needed until the actual raid happened, whenever that would be.
Coco after dealing with Maki walked over to Ara and leaned against the wall next to her. "Well, that was a trip." She sighed already exhausted, not physically, more like mentally. "So, tell me about yourself, or we could skip that, go find a room to ourselves and just make out?" The second part was a joke, but if she wanted, Coco wasn't going to refuse.
Arashi let out a slight snort. She hadn't been quite sure if Coco was being serious or just being a player about it all. Apparently, Coco was being serious, at least about the whole interested in Ara part. She looked at Coco with a slight smirk, "How about you tell me about yourself? Then I'll see."
"Hm, I'm 18. My real name is not Coco, I used to be a stripper and my parents sold me to an old man for drug money. If you want to know more, then it's your turn." She smirked tilting her head a little her hair followed. Her eyes never left Ara's she so badly wanted to kiss her, but she wouldn't. She could hold back.
Ara found that interesting, but at the same time, it made sense. She gave a slight shrug and kept her eyes on Coco, "Well, I'm 17. I live in constant crippling debt with my parents, despite our attempts to get out of it. My real name is Ara, even though that's more of a nickname. And I work at an auto shop as a mechanic part-time."
"I see." Ara seemed to be in a tight spot with her parents, but Coco was a little jealous. Her parents cast her aside like she was nothing. She became a plaything for an old man, something in her changed. Becoming a stripper at a young age then joining a gang and flirting a lot. Was she just looking for attention? Maybe, which wouldn't be fair to Ara if that's how she was really feeling. "If you have any questions, I will gladly answer them."
Arashi thought for moment. Coco just gave her a dangerous power saying Ara could ask her anything and she would answer. She didn't want to abuse this new power to quickly, "Can I have your real name?"
Coco was expecting was expecting that question. Honestly she hated her name, and her parents didn't really care and just randomly picked something. "Are you sure? It doesn't suit me at all, and you'll definitely laugh." Not one person, well maybe Maki, but other than that no one knew her name. It was something she didn't like to share with others. She looked around the room making sure no one was close enough to hear. She'll laugh at you, just like all the kids at school used to.
Arashi looked at her and gave a nod. She kept her face neutral, "I definitely won't. It can't be any worse than Storm."
"My name," Coco hesitated for a moment and took a deep breath. "My name is Daisy." The name wanted to Make her throw up. Her parents saw a daisy picture on the doctor's wall and decided that would be her name. It was gross. And even though she had bad memories of the old man that had bought her, the one thing she was grateful for was her name, Coco. Sure either was still a little weird, but she felt it suited her better. Coco laughed, just thinking about it made her uncomfortable. "Nothing about me shouts Daisy."
"Daisy," Ara tested the name out on her tongue. Coco definitely was no Daisy, that much was certain. She looked out to the gang and then back at Coco, "Coco does suit you better."
"I agree." She was surprised Ara didn't laugh, like most people. "Still, Coco is a bit weird, but I've never had a normal name, so I guess it will have to do." Cocosifhed but smiled anyway. She doesn't like thinking about her past, there was a reason she hardened her heart. She has been hurt to many times, but maybe Ara can help with that. Maybe.
Arashi gave her a slight smile back and sighed slightly. She didn't like showing her emotions all that much, but this was definitely an exception. She didn't want to actually show them even still, it was just hard to do something, "Sometimes being strange is good right?"
Coco's smiled faded and she pushed herself off the wall. "If it was in a good way, then I would have to say yes. Me on the other hand, I'm not a good person." She then walked away, down a hallway. Coco was afraid to get hurt, but she was more afraid on hurting someone she cares about. It happened all to often. She'll start to care for someone, then the jealous emotions would start to creep up. She wants to control them, she's possessive. That's why one night stands is all she deserves. Coco, was someone who didn't want others love, afraid of what she might do to them. I need to find Kira. She wandered the place looking for him. Once they find Asa she can go her separate way again, go back to her normal life
Arashi let out a sligh sigh as her smile faded. She didn't go after Coco, figuring that the girl was fine being alone. The entire gang knew about what was going on, and Ara wasn't her guardian or anything like that.
