Alex narrowed his eyes a little. He wasn't one to beg for help but he did really need this boys help, "Look, I really need your help. There's lives at stake here."
Alex narrowed his eyes a little. He wasn't one to beg for help but he did really need this boys help, "Look, I really need your help. There's lives at stake here."
"What the hell are you t-talking about? You're c-crazy. So am I, for letting you in my h-house!"
Alex groaned, pushing his palms into his eyes, “Gods… you humans are so… ughh.”
"H-humans? What are you talking about." Micah gripped his hair out of confusion and frustration. He just wanted a straight answer
"I'm not from this world!" He exclaimed, throwing his good arm in the air, "I'm from another one, and I need your help in order to save it."
"I think you need professional help." Micah said seriously. "You're crazy if you think you're from another world."
Alex groaned. Gods this was why he didn't deal with people. He took a moment to calm himself down, "Look, I know I sound crazy but it's true."
"That's what they all say." Micah took cautious steps away from the man. Crazy, he was absolutely crazy
Alex knew he needed to prove it, but he would probably pass out, "I can prove it, but I might pass out, fair warning."
Micah snorted and crossed his arms. "Get out of my house or I'm calling the police." He attempted to say firmly, however that didn't work out very well
Alex huffed, blowing some hair out of his face. Gods this kid was stubbon, "Fine." With the last, tiny drop of power, to jump from there, to the front porch, only to fall to his knees.
Micah's eyes widened as the man disapeared. He had to blink his eyes and and rub them before staring at the spot the other was just in. Where dod he go? Was he even real?
Alex was sent into a coughing fit, gasping for air. It had been a bad idea and he knew it but he’d done it anyway to prove a point,
Micah heard a noise outside his house and ran to the door. He ripped the door open and saw the man there. "Wha- how?" His eyes rolled in the back of his head and fell to the floor, fainting.
Luckily, Alex came to his senses shortly after. He stood, carefully picking up the other and pulling him over his shoulders. He cursed at the pain but managed to get the other to the couch and set him down.
Micah came too a few minutes later. He sat up, dizzy. He rubbed his hand over his face. What had happened? Why was he on the couch?
Alex had been resting on the single couch opposite, trying to get his energy back, “Feeling better?”
Micah let out a squeak similar to a mouse's. He scrambled back. "Y-you! What a-are you? W-what d-did you d-do to me?"
Alex sighed and rubbed his face with one hand, “I didn’t do anything. All I did was carry you to the couch after you fainted.”
"You s-slipped me d-drugs. I know it!" Micah accused and gripped his head
The World Walker rolled his eyes, “Where the fuck am I getting drugs from?”
"You tell me! You're the one who drugged me!" Micah gripped his hair, tugging sharply. "I'm seeing things. I'm addicted. I'm done for!"
Alex stood, walking over and placing his hands on the others shoulders, “Look at me.”
Micah flinched as hands landed on his shoulders. He stared up at the man with wide eyes.
“Breathe for me,” He instructed. He usually wouldn’t do something like this but he guessed he had for, “Come on, in and out.”
