Eve shook her head. "I'm calling 911," she said, hurrying to grab her phone from the bedroom and come back.

Issac was feeling around to make sure nothing was broken until he got to the ribs on the right side "that's not supposed to be that way" he said then laid back down

"Damn it, Isaac," Eve muttered, waiting for a dispatcher to pick up. "Hello? Yes."

"My boyfriend was lifting weights, and he dropped a barbell on his chest," Eve explained, taking Isaac's hand in her own.

An ambulance arrived about five minutes later when Isaac's breathing had gotten pretty bad but before they took him he gave Eve the keys to his car basically signalling to meet them there

Eve caught the keys and hurried out to the car to follow the ambulance back to the hospital.

Issac was rushed into an emergency surgery room to get his ribs operated on

Eve wanted to follow him, but she was forced to stay in the waiting room.

A doctor came out and asked for anyone who was related to Issac

Eve jumped to her feet. "I'm here for Isaac."

"come with me" the doctor said leading the way to Isaac's room "be careful he punctured a lung but other than that he's all yours" he said

Eve rushed to his side. "Isaac!"

"It looks like you're seriously hurt," Eve stated, holding his hand tightly.

"all the happened was a puncture so looks like I'm out of the game for awhile" he said squeezing her hand when he coughed
