Two middle school friends slowly becoming lovers. One thinks they know everything about the other. But the the other one is keeping a terrible secret that could harm a lot of people. The one with the secret can't hold it in anymore and sits the one who thinks they know everything about the other down to talk, to spill the secret. What events might this lead to? And how dark is it?
Uh, there will definitely be some angst and heated romance might play a part but that's up to you. This is a modern fantasy world based in a large city called New Light. If you don't mind I'd like to be the character without the secret and a heads up now my character is going to be a boy and he's bi and an absolute fluffball whose extremely shy. If you could make your character somewhat the opposite that'd be great. It can be boy or girl. I'll post my template first so you know how to make your character.

My Character ~
Name : Miguel Lucero
Age : 21
Gender : Male
Species : Half imp, half human
Sexuality : Bisexual
Appearance : Miguel has light brown skin, he's quite thin, stands at 5'11, red eyes, red messy hair with orange and yellow mixed into his bangs, occasionally wears red nail polish, has reading glasses, slightly crooked nose with visible scar from competing in a Castell when he was five
Attire : White t-shirt, light blue ripped skinny jeans, red sweatshirt, red sneakers, carries a blue satchel around
Job : Two part time jobs, Student teacher and Grocer, goes to college to major in English
Personality : Miguel is pretty shy, but can be extremely stubborn at times, he follows most orders given to him and I'd definitely not a leader. He's very kind and really bad at lying, his voice rises a couple octaves when he tries to lie. He gets red easily when embarrassed or flustered, only drinks if he has someone to get drunk with that he trusts, overall just a sweet cinnamon roll with a terrible fear of water and pins and needles, both from childhood trauma.
Other :
I'd like to join with my sarcastic and "fight me bitch" girl.
Sounds good to me! Get your template up as soon as possible please!
I will once i get my shower

Name: Aurae Ralomyar
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Species: Greek demigod (is that allowed?) Daughter of Apate, to be more specific
Sexuality: Straight but might be attracted to girls a little bit as well
Appearance: Chick is super tall thanks to her dad, standing at 5'9 with an hourglass-shaped body and lean muscle. Her skin's fair and easily sunburned, thanks to her being a ginger, with freckles all over her nose, cheekbones, and shoulders. She wears glasses/contacts over her dark violet and owlish eyes. Her red hair falls down her back like a shiny sheet of copper, ending at her waist.
Attire: She usually wears anything black or gray. She likes jackets (mainly ones that stop at the bottom of her ribs) with tank tops underneath, as well as ripped jeans or shorts, and her favorite black, lace-up, ankle-high boots.
Job: Does professional liar count? Kidding, she's currently working as a waitress but hates it.
Personality: She tries to be polite with strangers, but she can get careless when emotional or doesn't like the person/people she's around. She tends to isolate herself, is reckless and far too independent, pushes people away when they try to offer any sort of help, tends to be a tad judgmental, and is just a liar. She's also one to be consumed with her thoughts, and tends to speak out loud in order to sort the tangled mess that is her mind. Sarcasm all the way, and will fight a bitch is she really doesn't like someone, whether that be verbal or physical.
Other: Frickin blind as a bat when it comes to near-sightedness. She's far-sighted, and her vision is actually pretty acute the farther away something is. She's Greek, so she has an accent that she doesn't usually hide, even though she is perfectly capable of hiding it. She owns twin pistols and they're her babies. Also has two pet boa constrictors. With being the daughter of Apate, she can hear lies and also spin convincing lies, making people believe whatever she tells them.
She’s great! Ready to start?
Yup! You mind starting it? (I need to come up with a secret she'll have that could make or break their relationship)
Miguel stood to the side of the 3rd grade classroom as Mr. Cliffe talked about the kids new assignment where they would be writing a creative writing piece about two animals that could talk and were friends. This was a partner assignment so Miguel listened as Mr. Cliffe called out names, “Lilian and Milly, Charlie and Rylan, Rachel and Oliver…” The class was almost over, the only thing left to do was help with some prompts. Miguel went over to Lilian and Milly who were having trouble and helped them figure it out. The bell rang and the class was over. It was the final English class of the school day for the 3rd graders so Miguel helped Mr. Cliffe clean up, waved goodbye and left.
(Just to clear some things up, are we starting from when they're kids?)
Aurae smiled prettily at the cute couple that she was in charge of serving. Cute meaning that they looked good together, but they argued. all. the. time. Pretty annoying on her part, as she was stuck standing there and waiting for them to order. After a few minutes of listening to them bicker like children, she cleared her throat and worked her magic. "May I suggest the lobster special?" She laced her words with her Greek accent and her mother's gift, weaving the suggestion into their minds as if it was a thought of their own. "It's absolutely divine and personally my favorite dish." Nope. She hated lobster.
The couple nodded their heads and ordered the lobster special without hesitation, acting as if they had wanted it all along. Aurae sighed a private breath of relief, spun on her heels, and headed to the kitchen to write up their order. She almost never used her notepad, as she had a great memory—one of the things her boss loved about her, besides her "cute" appearance. Gag. She had caught him ogling her chest more times than she cared to recall.
Miguel walked along the busy streets of New Light, enjoying the spring breeze that rushed past him. He had his more formal clothing one since he had been doing his student teaching job. Miguel decided to go home to change so he then could see if Aurae was close to being done with her shift.
Aurae waited around for the couple's food to be cooked. The restaurant wasn't very busy right now, so she didn't have any other tables to wait on. She peeked back into the kitchen and sighed when she saw the chefs goofing off and not even starting on the lobster. She decided that some fresh air would be good for her fried brain—thankfully there was an outdoors section of the restaurant right outside the entrance. She headed outside and sat at one of the vacant seats, pulling out her pen to lightly chew on it.
Miguel finished changing and walked out of his apartment complex that he lived in and started heading down the street to the restaurant that Aurae worked at. He came up closer to it and noticed Aurae sitting outside at a table. He smiled and called out to her, “Hey Aurae!”
Aurae perked her head up and smiled as she waved at Miguel. "Hey, Miguel!" She stood up and headed over to him. "Before you think I'm slacking off, I promise you, it's the chefs' fault. They aren't doing jack shit, and I can't end my shift until the last people I'm serving is done."
Miguel shook his head and laughed, “Don’t worry, I know how those idiotic chefs are.” His eyes narrowed slightly, “What about your pervy boss? Is he not doing anything either?”
She loosely crossed her arms over her chest, looking back into the restaurant. "No one's doing anything at the moment. There's, like, three tables with people, and they're all waiting for food. And as for Jack, I may or may not have given him a dash of peanut butter in his sandwich," she said with a triumphant smirk. "The poor guy had to take the rest of the day off."
Most of her problem was the damn uniform she had to wear. It was bright red with white accents and clung to her body like a second skin. The skirt came down to mid-thigh, and she constantly found herself tugging it down and pulling the top up, as it didn't have any buttons to hide the plunging V-neck. But money was money, no matter how pervy her boss was.
Miguel laughed again and gave Aurae a look, “You have problems. I know he’s a perverted bastard but you could’ve really hurt him because of his allergies!”
Aurae held her hands up in surrender, her round and naturally wide, violet eyes gleaming with a contradiction to her next words. "I never said that I actually did it! I said 'may or may not have'. Whether I'm directly or indirectly responsible for a stray dollop of peanut butter in his sandwich has not been clearly stated."
Miguel rolled his red eyes, running a hand through his natural bright red hair, “Hmph sorry…but who else would do it?” He asked jokingly.
She shrugged nonchalantly, the corner of her lips twitching up in a half smile. "Perhaps I might've pointed out his…dislike…for all things peanuts to a fellow waitress. And perhaps I suggested she go make him a sandwich with a slight surprise."
