Her heart skipped at hearing him say that one word to her… even if it was more to her suggestion than actually to her. But it was still nice. “Ok.” she nodded. “If you're really sure about it.”
Her heart skipped at hearing him say that one word to her… even if it was more to her suggestion than actually to her. But it was still nice. “Ok.” she nodded. “If you're really sure about it.”
He nodded. "I'm sure." he said softly.
“Ok.” she smiled, nuzzling against his side.
He smiled as well, staying close to her.
She was fairly sure she’d had this thought before but it still amazed her at how comfortable and relaxed she felt around Killian. Especially considering their different choices in careers. But as recent events showed her, she could trust him more than many of her fellow heroes.
He kissed the top of her head again, content to just hold her.
She hummed happily, letting her eyes close.
He let out a quiet breath.
She smiled, actually starting to feel like she could fall asleep.
He reached out and grabbed a blanket, tucking it around both of them.
“Thank you.” she whispered, kissing his jaw.
He smiled a little bit. "You're welcome."
She smiled softly back as she looked up at him.
He kissed her cheek again.
She giggled softly at that.
He smiled, tugging her closer gently.
She didn't resist the action. Actually, she welcomed the affection.
He hummed for just a moment, still holding her.
She smiled softly before suppressing a yawn.
He kept holding her.
“Are you tired?” she whispered, not opening her eyes.
"Mm, a little bit."
She nodded with a soft hum. “Do you want to stay down here or head up to your room?”
"I don't care, whichever you would prefer."
“No rush.” she smiled. “Though I am comfortable right here.”
