"Like I said, it's amazing. It's got an almost magical touch to it, like it might just fly away any second."

"Thank you, very much! I could draw something like if for you, if you'd like," Arwen replied, rebuttoning her shirt.
"I-really?"
"Definitely! Just don't kill me in my sleep!" She laughed
"I think I can manage that." Diana joked, with a grin.
"Great. What would you want?" Arwen inquired. She could see something already, but Diana probably wouldn't like her idea.
"I have absolutely no clue. You got any ideas?"
"Earlier you said something about piano and guitar. I would want to incorporate those into the drawing, and you seem like a purple type of person…" Arwen paused. "What are some of your other interests?"
"Uh…ghosts? Guns I guess…" She tried to wrack her brain, but that was about it.
"I can't get a full picture until I sketch it… But luckily you're staying with me so we should have plenty of time," She chuckled looking at the time. "Oy, time goes fast, doesn't it? It's time for me to clock out."
Diana hadn't even realized she'd finished her drink, and nodded. "Alright. D'ya want me t' follow you, or d'ya need a ride?"
"Oh yeah, that's right!" She scratched her head before taking her apron off. "I walk here, so yeah, I guess I need a ride, so ya aren't following someone who's on the sidewalks."
"Well, it also just wouldn't be polite of me to let anyone walk home in the rain, 'specially if I've got a perfectly working truck." Diana grinned, tossing her cup and digging her keys out of her pocket.
"Thanks," Arwen said, hanging her apron and hat up, and heading for the door. "C'mon," She said, gesturing to Diana.
Diana sped up to hold the door for Arwen, still grinning.
"What a gentlelady," She teased, curtseying.
She bowed at the waist, a light blush tingeing her cheeks. "I live to serve."
"Oh, I doubt that! You seem incredibly independent. Someone who doesn't take orders," Arwen replied with total honesty.
Diana raised a eyebrow. "You some sorta psychic or somethin'?"
"Nah. Elves can usually read people well," She explained
((oh so it is common sksksk ignore that one bit about slipping up
"Huh. That's good t' know I guess." Diana shrugged out of her jacket and handed it to Arwen, unlocking her truck from the over hang. It was already running, so it would be warm. "Ready t' make a run for it?"
"Always. I didn't do track for 5 years for it all to go to waste," And so she ran. It wasn't far, but the distance was great enough that they could've gotten soaked if they weren't fast.
Diana laughed as she followed, yanking open her door and climbing into the warm truck with a sigh of relief.
"Okay, it's right down the road, where the busy part of town ends," Arwen directed.
Diana nodded, and started down the road just as a warm ball of fur curiously climbed into Arwen's lap, staring up at her.
