"Ah. But the "savages" as you say, are actually quite intellectual." he replies. "As for the Colonials… That is another story." He eyes narrowed.

She laughed halfheartedly. "Otherwise… I am quite enchanted by their simple architecture."

He smiled a little bit. "It's certainly more interesting when you go and see it for your self."

Her smile widened. "I'm certain,"

He laughs gently as they walk. "It is beautiful here, though. The architecture is breathtaking."

"I suppose living here has made me numb to it," she murmured.

He smiled. "Perhaps I can take you to China, show you around as you have so graciously done for me."

"That would be fun," her eyes sparkled with anticipation.

He laughed gently and looked around. "So. Where shall we go first?"
