“Well, we better hurry,” Leslie said. “The wrong turn could cost us a lot.” Like our lives if this goes south. Whatever. I just hope…. oh, shut up me. We’ll be fine.

One more right turn and they were back on the main road. Spencer kept looking up into the mirror to check if the SUV was still there. It was, go figure.
He let out a heavy breath and muttered, "Brace yourself," to Anya before taking a sharp left.
Leslie gripped the arm rests, but really, Anya was relaxed. Just another day.
"Stupid idiots. What're they doing?" Spencer murmured under his breath when he noticed the vehicle that was still tailing them. He turned quickly, and very sharply, to the right, hoping that would shake them off their tail.
“Not helping,” Leslie said through clenched teeth, trying to maintain cover. “We have to be on time.”
"Sorry," Noah chuckled. "I sorta drive like I'm from the city sometimes." A quick glance in the mirror showed that the SUV was still there, and Spencer's lips pressed together in a hard line. One last turn. If they were still behind them after this one, he'd have to do something a bit more drastic.
“Are we going the right direction?” Leslie asked. “This is the president we’re talking about.” Cant call for backup yet, she added silently. We’ll be civilian casualties if we have to. Maintain. Cover.
Five minutes until we're supposed to be there…
"We will be soon!" Noah exclaimed with false excitement, forcing a grin onto his face. He took another sharp right, and then a sharp left.
He glanced at the rearview mirror. The vehicle was gone, for now. There was a good chance it would be back, though, so he sped up a little to create more distance if it returned.
“Oh good, here it is,” Leslie said, pointing to the building. They had just stopped when bullets began raining down upon their vehicle. “DOWN!” Anya yelled, covering Spencer.
"Fudge," Spencer muttered, ducking down and pulling Anya with him. He moved so that he was covering her and not the other way around. Just because she was a spy, didn't mean he couldn't protect her like he would any woman or child.
“Get. The hell. Down.” Anya growled, rolling on top of him. “I’ll blow my cover if I have to, but you need to maintain,” she added quietly between clenched teeth. The bullets made ping-ping-ping sounds against the car, as though it were raining. Technically, it was. It was raining death.
Anya said aloud, “How much more can the car take?” Still in Leslie’s voice, as though talking to Noah. The car responded: “Sheilds at 88%.”
(Sure. Light swearing is allowed.
"Raining death". Lol.
I'm stuck! Idk what to do!)
//lol ok thx. Um. A window explodes? Uh. They evac the Pres? Um.
"Shields at 50%," the car stated.
Spencer groaned. What're they shooting at the car with? Vibranium bullets?
"We might be in a bit of danger," he said as Noah.
All of a sudden, then car sunk down in one corner. A bullet must have penetrated one of the tires.
"Well, great. Now we're stuck here."
“We were stuck here no matter what. I dunno about you, but I’m not immune to bullets,” Anya hissed. As Leslie, she said, “Will we be okay?!”
//are u here
(Sorry! I probably won't be on much for a while, but I'll try in the mornings.)
"I'm sure we'll be fine!" Noah said. Spencer lowered his voice to whisper, "Yes, I am aware that neither of us is bulletproof, but if we could have gotten the car moving, then we could have tried to escape."
//no problem
“Wouldn’t have worked,” Anya advised.
“Sheilds at 33%,” the car intoned.
Crack!
Spencer lifted his head at the loud sound, muttering a faint, "Crap," when he noticed a crack crossing the windshield. He quickly dropped back down, shooting Anya a somewhat worried glance.
"We might have to run for it," he whispered.
“And get peppered with bullet holes? I don’t think so.” Anya rummaged around in her briefcase, lifted up a false bottom underneath the previous false bottom, and pulled out…
A pen.
“Created by Dr. Fitz,” she explained. “Calls it a ‘mouse hole’. We can use it to get out of here.”
(Lol. Perfect. We have quickly turned this into an AOS RP…)
"Well, we should probably do that soon, then!" Spencer exclaimed as the rear window shattered.
//IKR
“Yeap,” Anya agreed. “But not…. quite…. yet….”She was waiting for the sound of footfalls to get closer.
"Shields at 5%," the car declared as the rear window on the passenger side was shot.
"This car is so helpful," Spencer grumbled. "Hey, does the AC work at least?"
"Air conditioning is at 99%."
Spencer groaned. "Perfect. Just perfect."
“Lovely,” Anya said, the corners of her mouth ticking up in a smile. “Now!” She activated the device.
//nice reference
(bows Why thank you. ;P
Is it sad that I don't remember what the mouse hole does? I don't know what to do because of that…)
