“Pleaseeeeeeeeee?” River asked with puppy dog eyes. “Pretty pleaseeeeeee!”
“Pleaseeeeeeeeee?” River asked with puppy dog eyes. “Pretty pleaseeeeeee!”
"Why, though?" Cas sighed, turning back to River. "We'd both be in a horrible mess, and it would take weeks to get all the paint out."
“That’s the fun of it! Please please pleeeeeeeeease?” River begged. “I will literally get down on hands and knees and beg like a dog!”
He sighed again, looking away. "Fine… I might still like to see that, though."
“Yes!” River jumped on Jas and hugged him. “You can barrow my clothes since you probably don’t want to get them dirty. River brought Jas to the baggage room where everyone was changing. River handed Cas the clothes that he used in paint war last year.
Cas moved away from everyone else in the room to change, returning to River's side when he'd finished. These clothes swallowed him as well, unsurprisingly.
River has changed into clothes with paint all over them from last year. “So cute! I’m surprised it’s still big on you. Those are small on me this year.”
Cas shrugged. "I'm pretty small. Can we go now?"
“Yeah,” River smiled and took Cas’s hand while they walked outside to the oaf.
“All right rules! You may not throw them wear the sun doesn’t shine because that hurts like a bitch! You may not throw them directly at someone’s face or in the back of the head. Don’t throw them at anybody’s but either please! Let’s get this started! Paint war!” The counselor yelled and threw a ball of paint in center of them.
Immediately everyone started to throw paint including River.
Cas cowered behind River, his heart pounding. He was hit hard in the side by a ball of paint and fell to the ground, startled and splattered with blue.
River turned around put a ball of red on Cas's. River was already covered in paint and at this point he looked like a rainbow. "Nevermind waaaaaaay more hot with red hair," River laughed.
Cas huffed and got to his feet, clutching a paint ball. He turned to the guy who had hit him and launched the ball into his chest. "Take that, bitch!"
River laughed harder. "That's the spirit love," River grinned and threw some more paint balls at other people. Occasionally some at Cas.
Whenever River threw anything at Cas, Cas just threw back harder. He seemed to get more aggressive as the game went on, to the point of exploding paintballs at point blank with no regard to whether or not he got paint on himself.
"End of paint war!" The counselor called. Everyone awwed and started heading to the showers. Some people had barely paint and some looked like a rainbow, River was the one who looked like a rainbow. "So? It wasn't as bad as you thought right?"
"I wanna beat someone's ass!" Cas growled, trudging after River. He was pretty colorful as well, but was better at avoiding being hit than River.
"Cas stop being angry and cursing," River warned. "Come on, let's get you cleaned up," River turned on one of the outside showers and started to get the paint off.
Cas huffed and followed him into the shower, shivering as the water hit him. Some of the paint slowly washed off of him, but a lot of it stayed.
"Here," River handed Cas a sponge as he took another one. He started to srub the paint off.
Cas scrubbed himself as best he could, managing to get the majority of the paint out of his hair. "This is gross…"
"It's fun though," Nick chuckled while he got the paint off his body and face. He didn't care too much about his hair. so he left it. "Almost done?"
He sighed. "I suppose I'm about as clean as I'm going to be." He handed the sponge back to River.
River put the sponge in the bucket and walked with River back to the Bung. RIver walked straight to the baggage room and changed into dry clothes.
Cas followed suit, changing back into the hoodie and shorts from before. "Can we sleep now?"
"Yeah, you okay Cas?" River looked worried.
