Usual Outfit: Very flimsy and light clothes, usually made from layers of smooth or thin material like silk and chiffon. Wears high-waisted pants that usually have three or four buttons, and to go with it, usually just some pair of dress shoes. Along with a golden chain necklace.
Other details: Is quite ill and often spends time in bed being attended to by servants. People like to claim that his illness messed up his brain and is the reason he "dresses so weirdly". A rumor has also gone about the kingdom, saying that he supposedly seduced one of the male servants into sleeping with him. And despite making multiple claims in private that no such thing happened, he refuses to answer about it in public, as he "wants the people to have their fun".
He sees the world to be pitying him due to his illness, even if it's just basic care, and it annoys him to no end, though he never says this to many people's faces, the two exceptions being the servant that he was rumored to have slept with, and the maid who cleans his room each morning. He has grown a strong bond with them, despite them only being plebeians.
