Hey, hey! So do you want to jump right in or would you rather have a template?

I feel like we can jump right in.

Alright. Do you want to start or would you rather I do it?

You can start, but I probably won’t respond for a while.

That's okay. I'll have to leave for a bit so the starter will be up later tonight or at some point tomorrow.

"Captain!" A young man shouted and he struggled to keep his balance. Today the seas were rough and it was difficult to do anything. Levi looked up from his desk. He had to have all his papers pinned down so they wouldn't move. "Yes, what is it?" His eyes as the boy in a panic. Who was he again? Levi never really took the time to know his crew, sure it was a bit rude, but there were more pressing matters right now. "The storm is bad, and I think there is a ship headed our way." With a sigh Levi stood and struggled to walk, just like the others. Opening his door immediately he heard the shouting of his crew, but it was still difficult to make out what they were saying because of the rain. His boots clicked on the floor and his hair began to hang low on his face the more wet it got. "Where did you see this ship?" He asked a bit louder then he would usually talked. The boy gestured to the right and Levi's eyes followed. It definitely looked like a ship, but it could be their eyes playing tricks on them. "Forget about it." He dismissed it and turned back to the boy. "Just try to get us through this storm." With that he walked back into his cabins and began to take off his wet clothes.

Cicada was on top of the deck grinning eye to eye as she slid around from the slight bit of water on the deck. Her drenched red hair whipped around in the wind and she was shouting orders to her crew, "River! Keep us on course! Breeze! Raise the sails! We don't want them down in this wind! James! Try doing something productive!" Her last shout got met with the male shouting back, "Oye!" She let out a laugh as she slid herself over to the railing and looked out to the distance and spotted the ship they had been tracking, "We're getting closer ladies and gents! Prepare to board!"

"Sir!" The same boy busted through the door with panic all over his face. Levi wasn't wearing any shirt just some pants. He was a tad mad that another pair of his pants were going to be soaking wet. He walked out already knowing what this was about. And when he looked he knew for sure it was a ship. "Damn Pirates." He mumbled and turned to his crew. "Don't stop, we keep going till we are through the storm!" Everyone nodded and went back to work. This time he decided to stay out on deck and watch the ship following them. If it got closer, they needed to be ready.

Cicada let out a laugh as her ship encroached on the other ship. She pulled her cutlass from her belt and raised it to the sky to silently alert her crew to get to their battle stations before lowering it again. They were about to catch up to the navy ship and let herself slip over to one of the low hanging ropes and grabbed it. Why? For the aesthetic, that's why. She waited until her ship was near brushing up against the other before she flashed her wild grin and raised the cutlass once again, her crew at her beck and call, "Prepare to be boarded scallywags! Crew! We'll be taking this one to Davy Jone's locker!"

"Everyone be prepared!" Levi shouted, and with that his whole crew stopped what they were doing, and got ready for a fight. Levi knew he was shirtless, but there was nothing he could do at this point. Grabbing his sword, he held it tight in his hands. "Listen Pirates, we have nothing here for you to take. We have no gold, hell, we barely have any money." Levi was not a very liked Captain, so he didn't get much from the higher ups. He was genuinely curious as to why they were here. Maybe they got confused and thought they were one of the higher ups ships.

Cicada hopped up onto the railing of her ship her boot heels catching the corner of the inner rail allowing her to stand without much worry. She still held onto the rope and used it as a precautionary measure. She pointed her cutlass at the shirtless man and gave him her wild grin, “Who said we were ‘ere for anything? I’ll be sinking ye ship for the hell of it pretty boy!” She pointed her cutlass to the sky as she wrapped the rope around her other hand, “Give’em hell mateys!” With that Cicada hopped off the railing back onto the deck of her own ship before running back at the navy vessel and leaping towards it. Using the rope to swing across and letting go of it when she was on the enemies deck. Her crew followed after her soon filling the navy’s deck with pirates.

Levi's crew went into action. "Leave the Pirate leader for me!" He ran towards the girl. "It's strange for a woman to be a pirate leader. You must be something." He smiled as he attacked. It was still a bit hard to see, but he could wing it. The wind shook the boat to the left making everyone slid across the deck. Damn this storm is insane. All Levi wanted right now was to be out of it, but these damn pirates were making it difficult. In the distance though was land, and Levi wasn't going to miss the chance to get to it. He looked at the pirate, but put his sword away. Struggling to stand he basically crawled to the wheel hoping even without his crew right now, that it the ship will do as he says

Cicada doged the attack before the other captain ran to the wheel. She shouted back over to River who was steering her ship, "Don't let them get away!" She used the water to her advantage to slide past the opposing navy and over to where the male captain was. She was standing easily next to the wheel and pointed her sword at him, "So what if I'm a girl. I'll still kick your ass."

Levi smiled as he stuck his sword in the wheel so it wouldn't move. "Kill me if you want I don't care, but I'll make sure we all go down." Just as he said that the ships collided knocking everyone to the floor of the deck. Levi looked over to the girl, he matched her wild smile. He had grabbed the wheel so he didn't slip off the boat, but he wasn't about to get killed by a pirate. Letting go he slid down and splashed into the ocean, leaving his crew and the pirates behind. The water was rough and it was hard to get above to get any air. If he was going to die, he would let the ocean decide that.

Cicada quickly got up and yanked the sword out of the wheel before spinning it to correct the course. She watched as the other captain let himself slide down into the sea. She had her wild grin again, Cicada liked this captain and wanted him to not die. She uttered to herself as she went down to the other deck and sliced at one of their rops so she could swing back over to her own vessel. She yelled out once again, "James! Evacuate the other ship! They've got nothing aboard! We're sinking the ship!"
James looked at Cicada, "And what'll you be doing?"
Cicada grabbed one of their coiled ropes before sliding over to the railing next to the other ship. She went down and quick tied the rope around the post of the railing before tying it around herself. She looked back at James, "Simple, I'm getting us a new crewmember."
Then she jumped into the water feeling the rope drag down behind her. The waves were pushing her back and forth, but like hell was she letting the other man die. She surfaced and looked around for the other male, once spotted she began to fight her way to where the captain was, feeling the rope go taught ever so often. But that didn't stop her.

Levi saw the girl bobbing in the water. He smirked, "Have my good looks charmed you!" He shouted know she wouldn't hear, hell, he could barely hear himself over these waves. This girl was persistent to kill everyone, that's what Levi thought was her plann at least. Turning, he began to swim towards shore, even though it was extremely difficult and very tiring on the body. But he was Captain for a reason. Unless, unless his boss wanted him dead and the only thing he could think of were to Pirates after if. How low General.

Cicada could barely hear his voice, but she heard it none the less. The words weren't clear, but it was some kind of taunt. She looked to see that he was trying to swim to shore. Oh no he didn't. She swam against the waves, it took a lot out of her. But as most of her crew joked, Cicada was born from fire and the sea. She almost reached him when the rope she was attached to grew completely taught. She couldn't swim any further towards him, and frankly, she didn't think she had the energy to.

"See, you." He gave a little salute and winked, then continued on. He had trained for things like this since he was young. The only thing now is he was going to be known as a traitor. Leaving his boat and crew behind, that was one of the worst things you could do. But it's not like he cared much anyway. Finally his muscles were starting to give up, but it was so close. A few strokes later he crawled onto the beach and just laid there panting, his vision was blurred and his body wouldn't let him move anymore. As he laid there he closed his eye and slowly his mind went dark.

Cicada tugged on the rope and could feel her rope and felt herself being tugged back to the ship. The navy vessel had been sunk and most, if not all, of the crew, was dead. James pulled her aboard and she looked at him. She stood up straight, well aware her already wet clothes were drenched, and called out to River, "Bring us to shore! I've got a package to pick up."
River gave a slight nod and continued their course to shore where Cicada spotted the half-dead navy captain. She looked to James, "Go down and bring him aboard. They'll be no more deaths today."
Her crew went into action as she went back into her cabin to get changed into dryer clothes and felt as the ship began to move away from shore. Their newest member picked up and in the medical bay.

It was almost half a day later before Levi woke up. And when he did, he was confused as to where he was. He sat up, which made him want to throw up but he held back. Clutching his stomach he hang his legs over one side of the bed he was on and stood up. Did someone actually come after me? He was a bit surprised since he thought the General wanted to kill him. "Hello?" Above him came voices, they were loud, almost as if they were celebrating something.

Cicada was laughing heartily as the rest of her crew danced around to the music played. They were celebrating taking down yet another one of the navy bastards ships. Drinks were passed around and a few of the crew were trying to get their captain to dance or drink with them. She declined opting to watch them from where she sat. Cicada had more pressing matters on her mind. While Breeze, the ships medic, said that other captain would live, he had been out of it for quite some time. She shook her head and decided to ease her mind by going to check on him. Her heels clicked the whole way there and when she saw the other captain, a slight smile on her face appeared. She stepped into his line of sight, “Welcome back to the land of the living.”

"Ah, so I've become a prisoner." Levi was still hunched over, due to not feeling well, and the swaying of the boat didn't help. Levi was pale and sweating, he didn't look good at all. His brown hair clung to his face, but his gray eyes never left hers. No matter how he felt he wasn't going to back down. That was one of his strong suits, he was very determined. He slightly looked above him. So it was her crew making all the noise. Pirates, theybnever stop partying. Levi was raised to be serious. He was the oldest of three kids. His father left them so it was up to him to be the man of the house, he was only ten. Levi grew up too quickly without having the privilege of being a child.
