Scarlett sat by the kids, eating her pizza and watching them happily. She waved at Jasper and looked around the room.

he waved back and slumped against the wall, tapping his foot to a song in his head. Lily came over a poked him "Jassie can you sing please? you always sing before we leave, and Theo doesn't do it….please!!!!????"

She smiled and finished off her pizza, standing up and brushing her hands off on her pants. "Thanks for the pizza Jasper," She said, walking over to him.

"no problem" he turned back to lily "tell you what, you find a good song, and I'll sing it." the little girl ran off, determined to find a perfect song. Jasper slid over to make room for Scarlet "so how do you think your first day went teaching kids?"

Scarlett sat down next to him and shrugged "It was pretty good, super fun." her hand tapped against her leg and she smiled "I would definitely do it again."

His heart started to beat faster in excitement but he kept his face neutral "you're welcome to come back next week if you'd like. I wouldn't mind having company again." he looked over at her

"Count me in, I'll be here," She said, smiling happily and nodding. She glanced over at him and did her best not to blush.

he let out a sigh of relief and excitement
"Jassie i found it!" lily ran over and handed him the disk
"crazy=genius? ahh, you kids know me too well!" he jumped up and placed the disk into the player
"remember not swearing, even if the song or I do. Don't need that phone call again."

She chuckled "Yeah, that wouldn't be good." She stayed sitting down, watching Jasper and humming along to the song.

"yeah, all I hear from the other line is a frantic mother, yelling why I said the s word, told her it was part of the song we were learning. she kinda sorta hung up before she could respond." he told her with a devilish grin "ahh good times." he turned towards the kids "ready?" they all nodded

She laughed "Of course, good times," She smiled at the kids and him, tapping her foot to the beat.

After a bit of instrumental solos, the song began. "You can set yourself on fire You can set yourself on fire!" jasper chanted while acting out as if someone were going slowly insane

Scarlett covered her moth with her hand, hiding a smile. She chuckled and watched him, standing up and tapping her foot to the music.

"She said at night in my dreams You dance on a tightrope of weird" he crouched down and looked at the kids in the eyes, singing lowly and seductivly

She started dancing to the music, listening to him sing to the kids.

"Oh but when I wake up you're so normal that you just disappear You're so straight like commuters with briefcases toeing the line There's no residue of a torturer inside your of eyes " he continued, the kids dancing around him with joy, some of the parents started to come in to pick them up

She started talking to the parents of the kids, introducing herself and saying goodbye to the kids. After she had said goodbye to them she walked back over to Jasper and the other kids, humming along softly.

"If crazy equals genius (hey) You can set yourself on fire (hey ay) But you're never gonna burn, burn, burn (hey ay) You can set yourself on fire (hey ay) But you're never gonna learn, learn, learn hey!"some of the parents watched as Jasper and the remaining kids danced around. After the song ended and the all the kids went home, he started to pack up "You could've left a while ago, I'm not going to make you stay." he glanced at her and then at movement from the door "oh no," A lady came in "Jasper where are you?! Aren't you going to say hi to your favorite girlfriend?!"
he ducked down behind the counter, dragging Scarlet behind him "kill me please," he whispered waiting till the lady left

"Who is it?" She whispered back, peeking over the top of the counter to see if she recognised who it was. "You have a girlfriend?" She whispered again.

He peeked over the top and crouched low when the lady spin around "ha no I don't, especially not one so bitchy."
"Jassie come out, I want to see my handsome man!" The lady pouted. After hearing no response back, she eventually left. Checking to make sure the coast was clear, he rose from his position and checked down the streets. "She's gone."

"Who was that then?" Scarlett asked, coming out from behind the counter and grabbing her stuff. She glanced at Jasper and walked up to him, still confused.

He looked at her and smiled "Jealous?" he sighed "She used to be Theo's girlfriend until she dumped him for a model. Now that the model's gone, she came back looking for Theo but found me instead. Now she thinks that she owns this place, including me." he said in slight disgust

She nodded, "Ok, that makes sense..also, I'm not jealous," She put her hands on her hips and did her best to seem like she really wasn't jealous.

He looked at her and smiled "right, of course your not, I was just messing with you." He grabbed his stuff and keys to lock up."

"Well, today was fun," She said, taking her stuff and walking to the door. "See ya tomorrow?" She said, lmost like a question.
