Lucifer leaned on Jamie as they walked. The table was set with food. "Bacon!" Lucifer ran to the table and sat down. "Come on sit!"
Lucifer leaned on Jamie as they walked. The table was set with food. "Bacon!" Lucifer ran to the table and sat down. "Come on sit!"
Jamie hurried to the table, grinning brightly as he sat next to Lucifer, nuzzling him softly before he slowly began to grab some food. “It looks so good!”
"Thank you Josephine for this wonderful spread!" He yelled into the kitchen. Lucifer giggled and started to eat. "I have to prepare for the coronation next week, will you come with me?"
“Of course. I’d love to. What do you have to do?” He asked happily, biting down on a forkful of eggs.
"Getting symbols written into my skin." Lucifer sighed. "I need you with me because there is a lot of pain involved."
“Why? Can i ask?” His eyes were wide. “Like a tattoo?!”
"No…it's nothing like that. It like where they carve makings into my back with a bush it's the "paint" that they use to do it that hurts. Just be there for me alright?" Lucifer kissed Jamie's lips before getting up and bringing the plate to the sink.
“Okay, I can be there.” He said softly, humming happily as he watched his love move to the sink. He ate the rest of his meal, snagging another piece of bacon before he followed after Lucifer.
Lucifer intertwined their fingers and leaned on his shoulder. They walked into a dome-like room with glass that was clear enough to see the sky. His father and one man with a black paint and a stick that looked like the end of a paintbrush stood next to the table with restraints. "I love you." He kissed his lips before laying on the table. He took off his shirt and laid down.
Jamie stood by worriedly, biting his lip as he looked around the dome. It was a pretty view for a place that was going to hurt his love.
He smiled weakly at the kiss. “I love you too…” he murmured, standing awkwardly by.
The restraints locked him in and he grunted. "Jamie, can you hold my hand, please?" Lucifer unclenched his hand. "You don't have to look if you don't want to."
Jamie nodded gently, biting his lip. “I’m a little scared. Are you going to be okay?” He asked softly as he took Lucifer’s hand in his.
"Yeah, I'll be okay. Kiss me one more time?" Lucifer intertwined their fingers and smiled softly.
Jamie bent down and gave the other a soft kiss. “It s going to be okay.” He hummed softly.
He nodded and took a deep breath. "The writing will not start!" The man dipped the tip in the paint and started to write the symbols. Lucifer screamed in agony already wishing it would stop.
(skip?)
Jamie squeezed his eyes shut, his hand giving Lucifer’s a tight squeeze.
(Sure, where to?)
(Just after it's done)
Tears had ran down his eyes long before. He still held onto Jamie's hand, calling out for him when he was free of the restraints. "Jamie…"
"We'll continue this tomorrow. You did very well. I think Jamie helped with that…" The man trailed off and wanted out the room.
(Coool!)
Jamie leaned down and kissed him softly, rubbing soothing shapes into Lucifer’s hand. “It’s okay, I’m right here. You did so good! Good job, love.”
Lucifer smiled softly. "Do I….get a reward…." his voice was delight even when he was joking.
Jamie let out a cracked laugh, wiping at his own face as tears threatened to fall. He didn’t like seeing his love in so much pain. “Yes of course you do.”
"Yay….Hey…..don't cry….I'll be fine…..promise…..will my fiance….kiss the pain away?" He asked softly.
Jamie gave him a slight smile, but he was already crying. He gently cupped Lucifer’s cheeks before kissing across his nose and cheeks playfully. He soon connected their lips in a sweet and gentle kiss.
"Help……me…….up…." Lucifer insisted. "I'm fine……really."
“No no, let me carry you.” He replied, gently taking Lucifer’s hand to slowly help him up. “Please…? I don’t think you should walk.”
“Okay….okay….just don’t…drop me….I’m not…..that heavy….” he grinned softly. “Pick…me…..up…..”
