"A-And I-I-I… I love him too! So p-please Mrs.Byrd. I really love your son. He makes me happy. He makes me want to live my life. I want to be with him for a very long time if he'll allow it and I know it hasn't been long b-but he has been so good to me." he blushed finally saying his feelings for Alex. The dad didn't really care it was mostly the mom who was rethinking things.
Jamie didn’t expect very much from his father. His father always seemed out of it and spacey, as if he were switched onto autopilot.
But his mother was always there, talking and chattering and trying to get Jamie to date. And now here she was, rethinking letting Jamie date a demon. She was perfectly fine with the idea that he was gay, but she couldn’t get over the fact that Alex was Lucifer.
Until Alex spoke and Jamie pressed a sweet kiss to his cheek. “I’ll allow it… as long as your father accepts Jamie… I do not want my son in any harm, got it?” She said firmly, pointing at Alex.
He jumped and pecked Jamie on the lips, "I promise that won't happen!" he smiled, but then turned to Jamie's dad.
"As long as your mother said yes, then it's fine with me too," he continues to make his cup of coffee.
"I guess you were right huh?" he leaned into Jamie.
Jamie nodded softly, beaming happily. He turned to Alex and giggled, pressing their foreheads together. “I’m always right.” He joked, kissing Alex’s lips softly.
He ran his finger through his hair and giggles a bit. Alex put his hand around Jamie's neck to deepen the kiss.
Mrs. Byrd sighed and moved to help her husband put things away.
Jamie let his fingers catch in Alex’s hair as he hummed happily, enjoying every bit of their kiss.
"Get a room you two!" Mrs.Byrd yelled.
The two giggled and pulled away and Mrs.Byrd smiled. They both walked downstairs and sat on the couch. "You know you still haven't played those drums yet." he laughed.
Jamie grinned and pressed a kiss to Alex’s nose. “I can play right now. Wanna make sure the door is closed? Mom hates it when I’m too loud.”
"kk." he went up to the door then closed and locked it. He sat back down the couch, "So what song shall you play today, my love?"
(Sorry I had work and then I fell asleep :/)
Jamie grinned, picking up his drumsticks and smiling. "What would you like to hear? I know all sorts of patterns and rhythms."

"Play anything that you think will impress me." he smiled and rested his head on his arm.
(Okey so it’s like midnight and I got work tomorrow morning but imma gunna reply XD)
Jamie thought for a moment, humming softly. “Do you like Bastille? They’re my favorite.”

"hmmm, I've herd of them, but never listened to them. What do they sound like?"

“Very alternative and very… lofty? I’m not sure how to describe it.” He replied, starting out a beat on his drum set.
(Finally had that concert and it was….bad, hard, and rough……KINKY. Nah JK but it was fun)
"Well, I can see why you like to play it. Is it fun to play an instrument. I never really had that experience, but I can sing." His parents always shut him out of the world, so he never got to have friends or do after school activities.
(OH GEEZ XD I had a nice nap again. My sleep schedule is so messed up.)
Jamie looked over at him with concern written on his face. “You should come over more often and I’ll teach you drums.”
(Same here man my mom was like your not tired and I was like nah but I was thinking I pull allnighters mom)
His eyes sparkled, "Really!? Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!" he practically tackled Jamie onto the ground and kissed him.
