Regina nodded, "I won't, now, do you know where I could get food around here? Specifically fruit?"
Regina nodded, "I won't, now, do you know where I could get food around here? Specifically fruit?"
"Theres a fresh fruit stand. Just in the town square." He told her, "Fair warning you and the others are getting trained tomorrow morning, very early."
She sighed and glanced at him as she made her way to the town square, "How early is early?"
"Well, mine was about five in the morning, but I was alone. With you four it might be about three." He told her.
She groaned and looked over at him, "Three? In the morning? Is he trying to kill me?"
"Yes. He is. You'll have a few near death experiences too." Green said, remembering the time he almost got mauled by a bear.
Regina groaned again and rubbed the back of her neck, "And then he expects us to go through the rest of the day with that little of sleep?"
"No, you guys get rest of the day to sleep or do whatever." Green said, leading her into the town square with the fresh fruit stand.
"At least there's that," She said, smiling lightly and nodding in thanks when he led her to the town square. She looked around for the fruit stand for a moment before finding it, walking over and trying to decide what she wanted.
"I'll be around." He said walking off.
Back on the ship
Jackson was getting drunk, yet again. For three days straight he couldn't think right. And he thought whiskey would be his savior. "She just had to go off for that other captain. Four fucking months ago she did that and I saw her today." He grumbled, sitting at his desk.
(Is the back on the ship thing a time skip or no? Just so I know what to post)
(no)
(Oke)
Regina chose what she wanted from the fruit stand soon after Green left, starting to wander around the town to try to find tools for the infirmary. She took out one of the apples she bought and started eating it, debating if she should go drop the fruit off before looking for whatever else she needed.
Green watched her, making sure she was good.
Jackson was still drowning his sorrows in hard liquor. "I should probably stop so I can think straight tomorrow…or at least try to."
Eventually she decided to go back to the ship for a little bit and drop off the fruit so that's what she did. She turned back towards the dock and headed back, biting her lip when she realized she wasn't too certain of what their ship looked like.
Jackson got out of his room and stood out by the dock, watching the waves hit the ship. "Damnit Jackson…You fuck everything up…"
"Well Regina, time to do some hunting," She said to herself, heading out onto the docks and starting to look for anyone from their ship that she remembered.
Jackson spotted Regina, "Looking for the ship?"
She jumped slightly when she heard someone talk to her before she saw it was Jackson. "Yeah, do you know where it is?" She asked, walking over to him.
He pointed out the dark blue and black painted ship, La Concorde written in yellow. "Right there my dear."
Regina smiled and looked up at him, nodding in thanks before heading off towards the ship. She finished the rest of her apple and tossed the core to the side as she walked.
He forced a smile back, leaning against the wooden fence as he watched the waves hit the ship.
She reached he ship and headed up onto the deck, going straight to the infirmary and tucking the fruit in a safe spot that no one would hopefully find it. She then hopped off of the ship, smiling lightly at Jackson as she headed off the town again.
He gave her a tight lipped smile, as she passed. He continued to watch crewmembers pass by him.
This time as she went back into town, she scanned for someplace that might sell medical supplies. Her mind wandered as she looked and she wondered if what Green had said was true. Had she really caught Jackson's attention?
