He frowned. "There are better ways to do that. Why are you hiding your face?" he knew she had no idea he was an officer; he wasn't in uniform. But still. He ran a hand through his dark hair, those eyes still studying her carefully.
She gritted her invisible teeth, a bit stressed out.
“That is none of your business,” she stated sternly as she looked behind the man. Some kids were there. Clearly, she wasn’t going to use her offensive abilities here, that would hurt some innocent people and that’s not exactly what she had in mind.
