Backstory: She ran away from home a year ago with her baby sister. She started at this new school and everyone though that her sister was her daughter. She played along keeping her head down at first. Everyone called her a slut and it was why she transferred schools. She didn’t care until Daniel came along. He found out everything. He threatens to tell everyone her secret if she didn’t pretend to be his girlfriend. She then had to adapt into his friend group which consisted mainly of popular kids.

Melissa walked into art class right before the bell rang. She tried to fix her messy hair and slightly winkled clothes. None of her…friends where in this class so she was able to sit tight in the front. The seat next to her empty as she waited for the teacher to start
Annie walked in a bit late, dropping into the only other empty seat. Art! Finally! It can only go downhill from here! She smiled softly, tucking a stray piece of hair behind her ear.
Melissa glanced at the girl with a small smile. She recognized her from around the school but didn't know her name.
Annie gave her a quick glance, smiling back before doodling in her sketchbook.
the teacher stood in front of the class and started talking about collages and Melissa thinks identity but she honestly started zoning out at one point. The only part she got was that they were doing a collage art project with the person next to them.
Annie was half smiling. Art? Yes! She can do that! Happily! Working with one of the popular kids? Yikes! To much socializing! She bit her lip, looking over at the girl next to her. Yikes.
Melissa saw her drawings and was suddenly happy no one she knew is in this class. She always got stuck doing all the work. This girl seemed like she could hold her own and is actually good at art. "Hey I'm Melissa," She introduced herself. her smile widening slightly.
Annie looked up at her. "Annie." She said, deciding to go little shit. "Annie Anarchy."
She raised an eyebrow. "Really Anarchy?" She asked chuckling slightly.
"Mm-hmm!" She grinned. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
"Hmm sure," she said still laughing lightly. "Well ms Anarchy what should we do for our project?"
"Whatever you feel like. I'm good with anything." She said, shrugging.
Melissa thought for a moment. “Well she said it had to be a collage and I think she mentioned identity. We could make an image using pictures of different things we like,” she suggested shrugging.
"That works. Get ready for a lotta band logos."
Melissa nodded. “That’s fine. I’m not really sure what I’ll choose,” she admits thinking for a moment. “Mine are probably just going to be bunch of food.”
