(okay)
(Btw, I updated my character a bit)

The weather was nice. A crisp 70 degrees, not a cloud in sight, and it was the middle of summer. Kids were playing in the parks, and the streets were bustling with people. Just another day, or so it seemed…
Fall Leaf Park. A beautiful place, no matter the season. The grass was always green, the trees filled one with inspiration and pure calmness, and many people spent their mornings and/or afternoons there to wind down or to spend time with their families and friends.
Aurora gazed at the beauty of nature as she passed through the park. Earbuds in place, she hummed along to the song playing on her phone. This Saturday morning didn't seem too hectic, not at the moment.
(quick question: are we doing past or present tense)
(past tense)

(i feel like starting off with interrupting the serenity would be fun, but idk)
(yeahhh, go ahead! your reply is fully up to you!)
Ryan Maindo walked through Fall Leaf Park, trying to keep a low profile. He was wearing a simple t-shirt and blue-gray jeans, a black hoodie and a mask to cover his nose and mouth. He was trying to scout out a hero and figure out who she really was, and make a plan to eliminate her. The lower level heroes were usually easy. But this one… She was different. She understood the power of the mind, which made her slightly less formidable than himself. He had a job, like a normal human; it was part of his cover.
(i updated my characters description on the first page, take a look.)
(ok👍🏽)
Aurora smiled at everyone she passed by; however, she was looking for a certain person here. The HQ had told her his villain's name and only a vague description, but she had a feeling he would be hidden among the many other people in the park, and another feeling that she was very close to him.
She noticed a hooded figure a few yards away from her and her eyes briefly flashed a bright magenta. Aurora carefully approached the person, wondering if he'd notice her.
When Ryan sensed someone walking towards him, he didn't look up. Instead, he walked towards the person, his head down and his face hidden by the hood. He altered his appearance to look like a normal person, but subtly so the person wouldn't notice. He pulled out his phone and began texting a friend, who didn't know he was a villain. If anything would fool a hero, it would be normality.
Surprised, Aurora watched him walk toward her. Her rosy cheeks became even rosier; she whispered a nervous, "Hi," as he walked past.
Suddenly, her eyes glowed an even brighter magenta. Aurora impulsively clenched her fist, remotely choking the person. Restrain yourself Auri, Restrain yourself. She thought to herself. He might be a normal civilian.
Ryan looked up. "Sup," he said and kept walking. Don't notice me, don't notice me, don't notice me. He put his head back down about 25 feet away from the girl.
Aurora just stood there, dumbfounded. How did he- I choked him didn't I? About to scream in exasperation, she thought of another tactic; the heroine needed more than a glimpse of his face to identify him.
She pulled a wallet out of thin air; it didn't matter if it was his or not, but she had to see him one way or another. Aurora ran after the hooded guy that had passed her, although she ended up levitating most of the way.
Once he was in her sight, she managed to get a little closer to the dude and tapped him on the shoulder.
Ryan felt someone tap his shoulder. Or rather his clone's shoulder. When he passed by the girl, he had created an illusionary clone and vanished, making it look like nothing changed. When she tapped the clone on the shoulder, a beam of light came from the point of contact, and the clone dissipated(like Loki's clones but a tad slower). He appeared outside of her view leaning up against a tree casually.
Expecting for him to turn around, the girl gasped in horror when she saw the person dissolve into nothingness. Aurora found herself breathing quicker than normal and she whipped around almost expecting to find him too but saw a bench.
She sat down, taking deep breaths to calm herself. Aurora pulled out her phone and shakily texted her colleague from HQ. 'Haven't caught him yet.'
Ryan was still leaning against the tree, now within the girl's view, but she was looking down at her phone. His hood still on, the illusion covering his face vanished, and he put his head down, wondering if the motion would be noticed by the girl.
Aurora put her phone away and looked up, seeing the hooded figure in view. Spirits already crushed, she just stared at him blankly, "I'm guessing you're the Silent Son of a… Gun." She crossed her legs and sat up, assuming the person was another clone.
Ryan teleported behind her, hood off. "Surprise." He whispered in her ear harshly and shoved her to the ground. He teleported back a few feet and waited for her to stand. "I know who you are, StrawberryQuartz." He tapped his finger to his right temple. "Power of the Mind, remember?" He held out his arms tauntingly and a curtain of lightning flashed in front of him and when it was gone, he was in his villain outfit. (Kinda want to redesign the villain outfit, but school computer sux, uhhhh. I'll try, but for now just… stick with whats in the character page.)
(Okay, although I can kinda help you with that if you'd like.)
(i'm gonna draw some rough sketches in like piskelapp or smth, and i guess i'll send them to you and see if you can refine them at all)
