This idea is quite a random one, and I'm not sure how it will work out, but I'd love to give it a go if anyone is interested. It consists four (4) main characters– two of which will be taken by you, and two of which will be taken by me.

• The Hero (played by you)– (Female)
• The Hero's sidekick (played by me)– (Male)
• The Powerful Villain (played by me)– (Male)
• Small-time Villain (played by you)– (Male or Female)

Now, to be honest, I'm not generally a fan of incredibly over-complicated romances, but tonight I thought– ah, what the heck. I'd like to do something ridiculously complex just for the sake of driving myself bonkers. ^{Wait, it may be a tad late for that. I believe I'm already a bit bonkers…}
Forgive me for my insanity, and try to keep up with this spew of nonsense I'm about to utter. Here's the idea:

The setting is a dystopian future. The country is dark, oppressed, impoverished… Technology is advanced, but rare and expensive for the poor. The only hope many people find in this horrible hour is the hope brought to them by their beloved heroes. The heroes are the ones who risk their lives to bring hope and safety to the world. Some of them have powers, some use technology, but the fact that they are all either brilliant or selfless or strong is undeniable. Heroes are famous, the fillers for celebrities in a world that hardly has time to celebrate the latest movie star– but have rather turned heroes into their stars.

But that's the easy part.
The complicated part is this:
Your hero can either be super famous or an underdog (your choice), but either way, she is a hero. Her sidekick (my charrie) may or may not secretly like her a little a lot, but he's probably too shy or too backwards to admit that just yet. But he has worked with her for years and has proved his loyalty time and time again.
A small-time villain (your charrie) has been battling Hero and Hero's Sidekick for a long time, only to come up short of defeating them– until a powerful Villain (my charrie) shows up out of the blue with offers to help. Nobody really knows anything about this guy at first, but the small-villain accepts his help. It might be interesting if the small villain has a thing for him, but I'll leave that up to you since little vil will be your character.
I'm not done yet. It's more complicated.
So the Powerful Villain is infatuated with the Hero. Granted, the Powerful Villain is insane– but he doesn't want to kill the Hero. He just wants to capture her and keep her essentially as his pet, because apparently he's psychotic, but he believes himself to love her.

Now, there are a variety of ways that this nonsense can go, and I want your input on this. If you're willing to take part in this mess with me, you are a saint, and I love you. Platonically, of course.

RULES ARE SIMPLE.

• MxF ships only
• No sex scenes. ALL OTHER FORMS OF EMBRACING ARE LOVED AND WELCOMED THO JUST SAYIN
• No language
• Violence is PG-13. Blood is welcome here
• No magic or demons, but powers are embraced otherwise
• Careful not to be OP or be Mary Sues or Gary Stus
• Have minimum grammar mistakes and try to post daily; I am very relaxed when it comes to these two
• Ask questions and have fun

No worries; take your time! And, I feel you, because I never play female characters for some odd reason. I can play them, sort of, but I always prefer guy characters. Hence the reason that my characters are predominantly males. XD

Yes, I'm sure you will! And, given my experience thus far with your roleplaying, I'm sure you'll do just fine. And it's always okay to develop characters throughout an RP, too, if need be. ^-^

Hero:
Name: Elisia (Ellie) Londi
Alias: Phoenix
Age: Suggestions? I'm thinking 18 or 19, but idk how old your villain is
Gender: Female
Powers/Abilities: Fire (manipulation, conjuring), Light
Personality: Fiery (ha) and pretty sassy. She's stubborn and doesn't like being told what to do by anyone. She's hard to keep a hold on and she seems to not fear anything. She'll definitely slap the villain across the face without a second thought if he lays a hand on her
Backstory: hhh develop I guess?
Appearance: Long, soft, layered red hair. Her hair reaches almost to her waist, but she doesn't usually wear it down when she's in her heroing suit. Her eyes are a bright, piercing green that lay beneath long, dark lashes. She's both slim and curvy, and stands at about 5'2. She hates being underestimated for her height. She has a bunch of freckles, though they're concentrated around her cheeks and nose. She has small hands and feet and is very nimble.
Outfit: Form fitting spandex suit that is black and bright red/orange. There is a fire symbol on the chest of the suit, and flames scattered elsewhere. She wears knee high black boots that fit the shape of her leg closely and a black and red/orange mask that goes around her eyes and atop her nose.
Gear/Tech: She carries a dagger in one of her boots and in her bra for emergencies, but otherwise uses no weapons other than her own powers.
Other: Owns an orange and white cat named Lucy.

(I'll make the small villain in a separate post so you can at least see this one lol)

I like her! Ah, yes. 18 or 19 is perfectly fine. I hadn't actually established the ages, but we'll keep them within a respectable range of that. And, yes– no need to worry about backstories here, really. That was just there for the option. ^-^ I'll throw my boyos up soon.

Name: Liam Olison
Alias: Nimbus
Age: Hhhhhh I'm thinking pretty youngish? 15-17?? He's pretty new to being a villain
Gender: Male
Powers/Abilities: Storms, electricity, some shadow manipulation
Personality: Very ambitious and pretty short tempered. Constantly losing makes him immensely frustrated and he just keeps trying harder and harder. Growing hopeless, but not ready to give up yet. He's super stubborn and it took him a while to come to terms with the fact that he needed help from (big boi villain)
Backstory: Mostly develop, but he's probably spent most of his life being put down by friends and family and told he isn't good enough so he 'got better' in his own mind
Appearance: Messily slicked back black hair, though his naturally blonde hair is still visible at the roots since he's let his hair grow out some. His eyes are an icy blue-gray and his skin is very pale.
Outfit: He typically wears a lot of black, including a black trenchcoat and black skinny jeans. He wears a solid black mask with holes so he can see.
Gear/Tech: Sometimes carries a stolen gun for intimidation, but it's never loaded.
Other: Super insecure because of all the belittling and constant failure, but rarely lets it show

The Hero's Sidekick

Name: Reid Thayer
Alias: Surge
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Powers/Abilities: None, actually; everything he does is solely technology based
Personality: Reid is kind, but he's not a pushover. Okay, well, sometimes he's a pushover. It all depends on the scenario. He's generally quiet and cautious in nature, protective of the people he's close to and loyal to a fault. He prides himself on his intelligence, but he's a bit awkward. Though he's pretty patient most of the time, when he gets mad, he gets mad. He is flustered easily and shy when it comes to his personal feelings– which is why he has yet to tell Ellie that he may or may not have a crush on her. That, and the fact that he doesn't want to make things awkward if the feelings aren't mutual, since they work together. He may or may not also have mild jealousy issues.
Backstory: Ahh, developing, but I know something happened in his past that caused him to lose his left arm.
Appearance: 5'7", with a small but lean build and fair skin. His left arm is completely cybernetic, though it operates just as well as a real arm and has extra functions. His hair is copper-colored, a bit curly, and he has hazel eyes. There's a blotchy birthmark on his neck that extends onto his right shoulder.
Outfit: Generally plain clothes of a slate-gray color scheme, though not too tight, because he's a bit too skinny to pull that off, and he generally wears a dark gray jacket and welding goggles. He's usually not one for appearance all that much, so his outfit isn't as impressive as some– but his technology makes up for it.
Gear/Tech: His arm, for one, and sometimes other gadgets that he creates himself. They tend to be a tad faulty at times, but he has made devices that allow him to teleport, turn invisible, and more.
Other: He is incredibly good with robotics and electronics. His arm can absorb and channel electrical currents as well.
