“I’ll be tripping a lot on this trip,” He repeated for the umpteenth time. “It’s how we met. Just embrace it.”
“Yeah, I still get phantom pain in my nose from when you slammed your head into it,” Alison teased as she walked toward the stairs.
M tailed behind her, blush dusting on his face. “I still have the shirt you stained from the coffee I dropped,” He retorted with a faint laugh.
“Yeah, that you dropped,” Alison laughed lightly, mai king her way up the stairs. “So how did I spill it?”
Ashley clicked her tongue and glanced around. “Maybe down? I think I saw Gray and Violeta go down the hall,” she mused.
Lucas furrowed his eyebrows.
“Gray and Violeta… Eden’s friends?” He questioned before face palming. “God, no wonder his name seemed so familiar. I talked a little with him. He was smirking as if he knew me, but I put no thought in it.” He sighed deeply. “We’ll choose a room downstairs.”

Ashley chuckled softly at her boyfriends words. “Looks like we’ve been talked about before,” she mused, linking her arm through his and beginning to pull him down the hall.
“You were the one holding coffee,” M reminded, tilting his head. “Right?”
“You were the one holding coffee,” M reminded, tilting his head. “Right?”
Alison blinked, her mouth forming a small ‘o’ as she remembered. “Right… But it still wasn’t my fault,” she chuckled.
Ashley chuckled softly at her boyfriends words. “Looks like we’ve been talked about before,” she mused, linking her arm through his and beginning to pull him down the hall.
Lucas followed where Ashley led him, shaking his head.
“I would be surprised if she didn’t,” he boasted. “After all, we’re worth mentioning, aren’t we?”

“I would certainly hope so! We’re very important people in her life, after all,” Ashley laughed lightly, resting her chin on his shoulder. “I wonder what she and Sterling are doing right now…”
“I would certainly hope so! We’re very important people in her life, after all,” Ashley laughed lightly, resting her chin on his shoulder. “I wonder what she and Sterling are doing right now…”
“They probably can’t get enough of each other,” Lucas laughed, wrapping his arm around her waist. “I wish they could come, too…”
“Of course it wasn’t. Hence me blaming me tripping for how we met. How did it escalate from there, anyway?” He wondered aloud, glancing down at her.

Ashley snorted and leaned into him as they walked. She poked her head into a room and turned back to Lucas. “What about this one?”
Lucas hummed before agreeing.
“Looks cozy, not too bright, has enough space, comfy bed, a window—yup, it’s perfect,” he agreed. “I’ll go get our stuff? We can put everything in and then we’ll… get to know the others.”
Barry blinked as foreign thoughts suddenly slipped into his head, though he quickly realized that they were Kasey’s and smiled. Kissing the top of her head, he tugged her closer, trying to broadcast his thoughts.
Yeah…. I might not tease you as much, this way.
Violeta offered him a grateful smile and plopped down on the bed closest to the window, letting go of his hand in the process. “Can I have this one?” she asked, mischief flickering in her eyes as another comment followed up. “But there’s always room for two… if you want to cuddle..”
“Of course it wasn’t. Hence me blaming me tripping for how we met. How did it escalate from there, anyway?” He wondered aloud, glancing down at her.
Alison smiled over at him softly. “You were cute. Maybe a little standoffish, but still nice and rather charming.”
Lucas hummed before agreeing.

Ashley nodded and grinned at him. “Sounds good. Unless you wanted to rest a while before meeting everyone?”
“Cute?” He repeated softly, looking up as they reached the end of the staircase. “Hmmm… cute.” He chuckled, rolling his eyes.
(I love how they’re all having their individual conversations, not minding anyone else at all. 🤣)

Kasey blushed a little and playfully shoved him with her shoulder. “I would hope not. I don’t think the others would really want to see the PDA that would come with it,” she said softly enough that the others wouldn’t hear, though they were all mostly looking for rooms.

(Lol. They will during supper.)
Gray hummed, resting his chin on his hand thoughtfully.
“Let me think about it,” he said to her, furrowing his eyebrows. “I’ll get to you in a while.”
“I’m totally down for resting before meeting anyone else,” Lucas replied, a bit too quickly than he would have liked.
“Cute?” He repeated softly, looking up as they reached the end of the staircase. “Hmmm… cute.” He chuckled, rolling his eyes.
Alison chuckled softly and glanced to her left, then to her right. With a shrug, she walked to the door on her right and opened it to reveal a larger room.
“Yes, cute,” she murmured as she stepped into the room. “What about this one?”
“I’m totally down for resting before meeting anyone else,” Lucas replied, a bit too quickly than he would have liked.
Ashley smirked before moving farther into the room. “Oh? Is that so?” she chuckled softly, sitting down in the edge of the bed.
M set the things he was holding down once they walked into the room and he shut the door.
“Huh. It’s big,” Was his comment as he sniffed around the room, opening the bathroom door, the closets in the room as well as the dresser drawers.
Ashley smirked before moving farther into the room. “Oh? Is that so?” she chuckled softly, sitting down in the edge of the bed.
Lucas began following after Ashley before he remembered what he had to do.
“Oh, yes, definitely,” he nodded. “Let me just—let me get our stuff real quick.”

Alison watched her husband with amusement as he opened all of the doors in her room. “What are you doing, dear?”
Ashley smirked before moving farther into the room. “Oh? Is that so?” she chuckled softly, sitting down in the edge of the bed.

“Sure, babe. You do that,” Ashley said with a light laugh. “I’ll be right here.”
