Alright, I just spent a little less than an hour on mine. What do you think?

Name- Valen (Val) Inovich
Age- Technically 44, but looks around 23 or 24 years old.
Gender(s)/Romantic or Sexual Type- He’s a cisgender male that’s demisexual and panromantic (will date anyone but is only sexually attracted to people he loves).
Looks- Valen is fair-skinned with neat blonde hair so pale it’s near white, eyes of a shockingly rich gold with deeper chocolate hues near the pupils, and a strong, fine jawline. He’s got startlingly long, curled eyelashes and not a freckle in sight. His body is slender, yet there is definitely some muscle definition there. He stands about 6’2”. Val’s ears aren’t pierced, he doesn’t have any bodily markings like tattoos, he always keeps his face shaved, and he wears simple black glasses when reading.
Typical Style- He usually dons something elegantly professional when appearing before the Conseil, like a black suit jacket over a very dark gray vest, crisp white shirt, and black dress pants. In this outfit he’ll most often bring a crimson, black, gray, or steel blue tie to match. When he’s undercover he’ll wear whatever he needs to, but he casually appears in a more simple version of his Conseil attire. This usually includes a tailcoat of some kind, or a freshly ironed shirt with very nice cuff links and a waistcoat.
Job(s)- He’s a Soul Hunter, which is basically just a term for a reaper that chases down people who’ve cheated or are in the process of running away from death, for the Conseil de la Mort.
Basic Personality- Valen is polite. That’s one of the only things anyone can say about him—he moves around too much and is far too professional to get involved in much. While other reapers may take occasional breaks between jobs, he’s been working hard for almost all of his life. He may seem cold or crude to those who like to laugh loudly and tell jokes, but he’s never been fond of groups anyway. Rumors surrounding him say that he’s efficient, boring, mysterious, unkind, and, the one most often told, terribly antisocial.
Pet(s)- A jet black, blind dog with shining white eyes named Onisk is the one that usually follows him around the most, but he also has a hawk named Shishiev (Shishi).
Family- His mother and father both passed away, the former in 2009 and the latter in 2016. All that’s left of his family is his younger sister, Annika, who knows almost nothing about his job. They have dinner together every few days when possible.
Reaper Weapon- A Russian shashka saber with worn ivory patterns on the wooden hilt.
Extra- He had a carriage once but gave it back to the Conseil when first assigned to go undercover in fear that it’d give him away to those he was hunting. Val’s been in only three relationships in his life, but neither lasted. He has two friends, Jay and Marina, that look after him very closely, despite his busyness. Jay is a reaper; Mari’s a human that just turned 22.

Great! I don’t know if mine was good or not in term of details. If you think I need more, or if you want me to clarify anything, please inform me!

@EllaErransmith

Thank you! I was worried he might be a little vague because I didn’t spend as much time on him as I could have. I’m really kind of new to this, you see, and don’t need know fully what qualifies as good. Don’t worry about making yours overly detailed or anything.

@EllaErransmith

I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t at least know what the other character looked like! That’d make things so difficult, wouldn’t it?

@SaltyLasagna

Yeah lol, but some people just want to get into something that revolves around emotions, and I'm fine with that as long as I at least get the character's name, skin color, hair, and gender. I prefer templates though haha

@EllaErransmith

Do you want our story to delve immediately into an emotional situation? It might be more satisfying to build the story up first with hints of romance and then go for it harder later on (while still keeping story elements, of course).

@SaltyLasagna

I'd rather build it up first. It definitely makes it more satisfying, and gives the roleplay more of a novel/book feeling. Although I have to warn you, tomorrow school is going to start up again so I might disappear for days or weeks at a time if I have a lot of school work.

@EllaErransmith

Weeks at a time? Yikes! School for me is in a couple of days as well, but I’ll try my best to keep a regular ish schedule. I agree with what you said about the more book/novel feel, though.

My character that’s already on here is a guy, but he’s also panromantic so the gender of yours is up to you.
