"Other than work!"
"Other than work!"
She laughed. "Why would I do that? I have no reason to!"
"No reason for fun??"
"Nope!" She exclaimed. "I have all the fun here! Doing what I love." She said with a smile.
"As long as it's something you enjoy" said Skye with a shrug.
She chuckled. "Why do you seem so surprised by that?" She asked.
"I could never imagine being cooped up all day…" shrugged Skye.
"I don't mind it." She said with a shrug. "You don't like being inside?"
"Nope" said Skye, "I might be better of in the city then the middle of nowhere but I don't like being indoors."
"Whatever floats your boat." She said with a shrug as she went to check on the coins.
"Same to you"
She chuckled. Val check the coins. Still not set. She turned back to him. "So…how's your arm?" She asked.
"Ok" said Skye, rolling his shoulder, and refusing to let the sharp pang phase him.
She nodded her head. "That's good."
(O goodness! Val is not good at small talk!! Help!!!)
(Uhm… is it anywhere near normal for someone to randomly attack her shop?)
(Probably? She has ties with the mob. So maybe another mob? It usually takes her about 6 seconds to get them out because she strong and is at least a foot taller than everyone.)
(Yeah… what if they somehow manage to kidnap Skye?)
(I don't like that idea. Sorry! I'm not meaning to be rude but that is not the type of thing that Val does. She usually stays out of the way of trouble like that. What if it was just like a robbery and they use Skye as a hostage or something?)
(okay, but you'd have to knock him out for that to work realistically.)
(Sounds good with me. Do you want the robber to be controlled by you since Skye will be out?)
(hmmm sure I guess)
(Bump?)
(Oof…)
Suddenly someone burst in from the back door. "Give me all to valuble metals you have!" He demanded.
Val jumped when the man burst in from the back door. Her tail twitched nervously. "Don't have any right now, pal." She said through gritted teeth.
