The officer tensed against the door, tightening his grip on his arms. “Sure,” He drawled thickly in disbelief, shifting around. “I’m not going to eat it anyway. You’re probably immortal or something.”

@Painted-Iris group

The demon chuckled dryly. "Or something," he said simply. Normally the first comment would have offended him. The man enjoyed cooking now and again and it tasted quite good to him personally. With his forced guest, he supposed the other had a reason to be weary.
"You really shouldn't try and starve yourself. I understand, but it's not wise to skip out on eating just because you don't like me."

The officer scowled though the demon couldn’t see him. “Whatever. I’m still not eating. And you won’t make me.” He relaxed more of his weight against the door.

@Painted-Iris group

The demon shook his head lightly at the comment. The officer sounded like a kid refusing to eat their vegetables. "No, I won't. I am however making an effort to be kind," he hinted. The tall man could only frown to himself as he expected an insult in responde.

“Kind?” The officer repeated with a snort. “Yeah right. Well you can shove your kindess right up yourbbun, you know that!?”

(Lol I assumed so but the officer is secretly a little cinnabon)

@Painted-Iris group

(ooo
Super tempted to make my boi say: It's pronounced ass, first of all
Butttt nah I gotta make him a tease)

"Aw, afraid to say ass?" he teased, a light chuckle filling the air. He thought that the use of bun was quite cute. Was the other unused to profanity? Surely he wasn't seeing as those he arrested probably cursed like sailors when they were caught.

(Lmaoooooooo)

“I shouldn’t be, for someone like you,” The officer snapped back immediately, his eyes slitted angrily. He didn’t like using curses outside of his job because… well he heard them enough in his own home.

@Painted-Iris group

The demon gave his reply with a show of mock hurt. "You don't even know me yet," he said, tone slightly less teasing.

(OH MAN I TYPED IN HIS NAME TOO EARLY AND YOU ALMOST SAW LOLLLL)

(oOOF)

The officer huffed and looked away from the door to a wall. “I don’t want to know you.”

@Painted-Iris group

"I never did set a limit on how long you'd be staying here. Hm, to make it shorter than the original plan, how about roughly two weeks? If you still hate me then, I'll let you free and you'll never have to see me again," the demon started, speaking out his idea. "My intent isn't to hurt you. Far from that. I'm fond of you, really," he said with a satisfied grin.

The officer ignored the demon’s ramblings, pressing his back closer to the door. Two weeks would be plenty of time for him to collapse from dehydration. Was this thing even thinking?
“Fond?” The officer repeated with a sneer. “Why?”

@Painted-Iris group

(little does he know what my boi can do if he gets actual down to business lol)
Though the officer couldn't see, the demon stuck out his tongue to lightly lick his lips. "Plenty of reasons. One being you're very attractive for a mortal. Hm, two, you're usually much smarter than the way you're acting. Starving or dehydrating yourself isn't a smart way to go, love. You have a heart for justice and you're quite the fighter when you want to be," the man said, rambling as he listed off a few traits the other had.
"And the fact that you aren't willing to curse is adorable," he added quickly, holding back a light chuckle.

(Lmao)

The officer stiffened against the door, his sneer fading. “Really? Well I know you’re a ff-ricking creep!” He couldn’t bring himself to curse, even to a demon. It just felt wrong off of his tongue. He didn’t want to inflict the same pain others did on him, after all.
“And I’m not attractive. Nor adorable!”

@Painted-Iris group

Ignoring the small insult, the demon scooted closer to the door.
"Honey, there's no denying that you are indeed both of those things," he flirted in a deeper tone. It probably had the opposite effect of what he was going for however.

The officer wrinkled his nose and curled his legs up closer into his chest. He mumbled something into his jeans, huffing.
“Am not,” He finally growled back.

@Painted-Iris group

"Are so," the man argued back, playing along with their childish argument. It was another thing that made the policeman adorable. Too shy to admit how precious he was.

The officer growled faintly and fell silent. He didn’t want to play games. He wanted to go home and eat something. It’d be nice and comfortable, since his actual lover was out on a “business meeting”.

(Our other RP?)

@Painted-Iris group

(got it)

Sighing, the demon let the subject drop again. "Aside from that, my point is if you don't eat or drink on your own accord, I will have to resort to other measures," he said calmly. There was no hint of a threat in his tone. In fact it would be easier if the officer ate on his own.

The officer crossed his arms tighter against his chest. “No. I’ll be doing no such thing. Sorry, either I go home, or I stay here and die. I don’t care.”

@Painted-Iris group

The demon widened his eyes slightly at the use of 'sorry' but shook it off. "Not a wise choice, hun," he replied. Whispering to himself in the demonic tongue, another swirling sign appeared before him, but also on the wall opposite the officer. Taking the plate, the man stepped through. As not to scare the other off, he sat immediately on the ground, sliding the plate a bit closer to the policeman. If this didn't work, he might have to make it so his legs were unable to move temporarily. It was too demeaning even for a demon to have to be spoon fed.

Deleted user

Immediately, the other man scooted off, his feet working the ground so his butt dragged him. He shook his head, crossing his arms over his head.
“I am not eating.”

@Painted-Iris group

The quick portal had already closed behind the demon as he tapped his fingers on his lap impatiently. Why did the mortal have to be so difficult?!
"Is it that you think it's a trap or that it's the person who supplied it? I promise you it's far from bad," the taller man supplied, hoping to get a bit of a better comprehension of what was going on in the other's head.

The officer glared at him from under his arms. “I think it’s both,” He mumbed with a growl in his voice. How could someone expect him not to try and strike back after being kidnapped?
