“Ugh” she rolled her eyes and slouched a little bit, showing her motivation level. Which was at about a 2 at the moment.
Her mismatched eyes glanced at the figure once again before turning back around and shivering a bit as a gust of wind blew over them.
“How long do you think it’ll be till we reach it?”
(Sorry, But my replies are gonna be kind of short. I’m using my small android phone since I don’t have any internet on my computer)
(Oh, that sucks. You're totally alright!)
"Hmm, if we start running– and I mean running quickly, not jogging– at the edge of the woods… shouldn't be more than six minutes. If we're lucky." Karia glanced at the figure, then picked up his pace a little. "I want to be lucky. Being lucky would be wonderful right now." By now, they'd almost reached the edge of the clearing. The trees loomed over them ominously, as if daring them to enter again. Karia wasn't looking forward to it, since they might meet more monsters there. But he was also in favor of not getting murdered by that thing behind him. "Ready to run for your life?" Karia looked over at Crystal, his eyes almost black in the velvety shade of the trees.
(okay I am so so so so sorry. I really am. I think I might have accidentally stopped following this. I didn't reply at first because I was having troubles coming up with a decent length of a reply to leave you with something to work off of. Anyway, I'll try to think of something soon and again, I'm SO sorry! I feel terrible >~<)
(Oh, you're good, then. I kinda thought that was what happened, and I probably should have @'d you or something, but… I didn't. I'm sorry that the reply was hard to work off of, but I'm glad I didn't drive you away!)
(You wouldnt drive me away! Its just that its not my plot so i dont know where its going or what exactly is happening and so my character is just going with the flow, following yours. So its hard to write a decent reply. Ill get it up though. Hopefully)
Crystal let out a long sigh of annoyance. Looking back at the figure slowly inching towards them, she started to panic. Trying to keep her calm she looked back at him, tucking a curl behind her ear.
“I mean, do i have a choice?” She asked before looking back at the map at the glittery circle. “Well, we should start right about now. Do you have everything?”
"Not really. Unless you enjoy getting killed." Karia answered, a small smile appearing on his lips for an instant. "Agreed. Yeah, I have everything. Let's go." He gave one last look over his shoulder at the figure, then took a deep breath and started sprinting into the woods. The creature wailed behind him, but Karia didn't dare look for it. He only made sure that Crystal was with him, because losing her would be devastating. To the mission. And probably to him, too. He'd lose one of the only people who actually agreed to go on quests with him.
