He sat up, interrupting yet another scan. "If you're that worried, I'll just leave."
He sat up, interrupting yet another scan. "If you're that worried, I'll just leave."
"Jazzy, leave him alone. Stop scaring off everyone I know." Peggy shot Jazz an unimpressed look.
"I'm not worried, I'm just keeping an eye on you." She swung a bit, making use of the makeshift swing that she made.
"Jazzy, leave him alone. Stop scaring off everyone I know." Peggy shot Jazz an unimpressed look.
"It's not my fault that I'm wary of the thing that basically made my dad an almost murderer."
After a moment, Klaus laid back down.
"Don't do that again," Mr. Stark said. "I have to re-calibrate everything."
"Klaus is cool, you don't have to worry. Plus, you are in one of the safest places in the world." Peggy scooted the chair over to stop beside Klaus, looking up at her dad. "How many times are you planning on running this?"
"A week if you keep interrupting me," Mr. Stark said unhelpfully.
"Please, let him finish," Klaus groaned.
(OK my children I am going to bed)
"Hey Starky?" Jaz said to Tony, using the nickname that her mother used and that she'd picked up. "Tell me if there's any signs of the symbiote going away from Klaus. I'll have to tell dad."
Mr. Stark squinted down at the tablet. "Nnnnnope. Everything Klaus said was spot on."
"Has anyone seen my left arm?" Peggy asked, frowning as she looked around for the arm of her suit. "I thought I set it over there…"
"That's not really what I said, Starky. I said if the symbiote shows signs, not if Klaus does."
"You obviously weren't listening. Klaus said it wouldn't leave. All signs say it won't." He looked up at her with a dull look. "You're being annoying right now."
"Or maybe I'm just being cautious," She countered. "You're not even answering my question. You're just telling me how someone who could easily be lying to you is feeling. You should know better, Starky."
"The fucking data says it won't! If you aren't gonna listen to the answer, dont ask the fucking question!" He said, tapping in the tablet in an aggravated manner.
"That's all you had to say!" She yelled back. "I didn't ask for his fucking opinion, I asked for the statistics!" She webbed herself up to the ceiling and made a small hammock, hanging on it to blow of some steam."
"Where do you think I'm getting this from? The scans show an intense physical and mental bond between Klaus and the symbiote. There's no opinion about this, yet you seem to believe everything's out to get yiu." He chucked the tablet lazily in her direction. "So fucking read it for yourself. And yell at me again and I'll kick your ass outta my lab."
"You yelled at me first," She replied from her hammock on the ceiling, the tablet having gone nowhere near her. "And you might kick me outta your lab, but I'll just go to dad's at Parker Industries and create something twice as good as what you're doing."
(Oofies, it said 'no' instead of 'an' imao)
"I'm not creating anything. I'm doing scans. So yeah, shit on a stick would be a better creation because I'm not creating anything." He said, rolling his eyes.
"Oh, I know you're creating something. You always are. Even if it's people behind the scenes. Blueprints, Starky. I've seen them."
(i now take my leave to bed
pop pop cheerio)
((G'night my dude))
"And what things have you seen?" He challenged.
"I don't need to tell you," Jaz countered. "You are not the boss of me, Starky."
