"Stairs are the devil" she replied with a nervous laugh.
"Stairs are the devil" she replied with a nervous laugh.
“Pretty much. At least for me being as much of a klutz as I am.” She laughed
"Well, we can definitely work on klutziness if we're going to be here for two years at best," she replied, giving Lizzie a smile.
“Very true. That doesn’t change the fact that stairs are annoying and that I have twig legs. But yeah, we might be able to change my klutziness.”
((Hey
(I'm very sorry. I was out all day)
“Very true. That doesn’t change the fact that stairs are annoying and that I have twig legs. But yeah, we might be able to change my klutziness.”
Cute twig legs "Possibly" she winked, dismissing her previous thought. She basked in the warm of the lobby lounge, hoping she'd be able to find the library at some point to check out some books.
Lizzie collapsed into a chair with a sigh of relief “what should we do now?” She asked, looking to Rose for an answer.
"Go unpack?" she asked, looking at the looming stairs ahead of them.
She sighed “might as well get it over with. Hey! It might even be fun” she tried being enthusiastic and optimistic.
"Might be!" she replied, smiling softly at her. "Should we get going?" she asked, motioning to the stairs.
“Yeah. I’ll do my best not to fall this time.” Lizzie replied jokingly with a small smile.
She smiled again, getting up off of the couch. Part of her hoped she didn't fall, but part of her did just so she could put her hands on her waist once more.

This time, Lizzie payed attention as she walked up the stairs, and hung tightly to the railing. Unfortunately for Rose, it didn’t look like she would fall.

They got to the room safely. Rose went over and closed the window she had cracked open, basking in the fresh air.
“Now to tackle the monster that’s unpacking. We’re gonna be here for hours” she sighed and kicked her overstuffed bag.
"I kind of like unpacking" she replied, fumbling with the zipper on her bag.
“Depends on who you’re unpacking with I guess” she let that slip out carelessly and felt a blush rise to her cheeks. She quickly bent over to pick up her bag to hide it.
She didn't take much notice, her mind already in unpacking mode. Their rooms were filled with storage space and that same, old-timy lounge feeling. There were two queen sized beds with nightstands and a deep brown, cotton comforters. The walls were painted a nice grey tone with brown undertones and the floor was hardwood with a few carpets placed under the furniture. There was also an on-suite but neither of them had been in it yet, but she assumed it was also just as roomy as the bedroom was.
Lizzie hummed as she slowly began unpacking her stuff, subconsciously organizing it into different piles.
(What should we have happen next?)
((I have no idea. Maybe a bit of action? Or annoying school administrators?
(What do you mean action? School drama?)
((That could work. Have some troublesome students show up
Alrighty…I'll try and come up with some sort of way they could meet.
