Yes I would
Hey dude if you want to vent to me I'm always open. Sorry you have been feeling that way.
Sure, I can do that. And thanks, I appreciate it <3
Of course man.
"…And don't forget, your first week reflection papers are due this coming Monday," the professor added, glancing around the room as students sighed at their newest assignment. "That's all!" she added cheerfully. "Class dismissed. I'll see you all next week!"
Eh, a reflection probably won't take that long, William mused to himself, lightly tapping his pencil against his lip thoughtfully. Not too bad for a comp class. At least, not so far.
He waited for the majority of the students to file out the door before retrieving his bag and following. That was my only class today… So now what? As the thought left his head, his eyes landed on a girl walking in front of him, and before he could think to stop himself, he opened his mouth.
"Hey! You look familiar. Do you have Algebra with Garner on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, perchance?" he asked, accent coming out a little bit strong on the days of the week. His tone was light and cheery, and many in the past had mistaken it as flirty until they realized that was just his personality shining through.

(Is cursing cool in this, by the way? I forgot to ask.)
(Well I mean I won't curse unless I put like / or * but I won't ask you to do the same.)
Kali tried to make her way out of the class without being caught by one of the extroverts and she almost made it until one of them called out to her. She groaned and turned around glancing them up and down.
"Unfortunately Yes." She hated being so honest but it was one of the only things she wouldn't do is lie.
(Alrighty, I'll probably do the same then if it comes to it)

"I knew it!" Will responded with a knowing smile. "See, I remember faces really well, but I'm hopeless when it comes to names… Speaking of, I'm William. Or just Will, if you prefer," he introduced, sticking out a hand.
She stared at his hand before taking it and shaking it hesitantly, "Well then Willis, I hope to never see you again, good bye." She salutes to him before turning to walk away. please don't follow me
Will stared after her, mouth slightly agape, before quickly rushing after her. "Hah, that was a joke, right? 'Cause we have class together tomorrow? Funny," he said with a smile and a slight eye roll. "And here I was thinking you didn't like me or something. Which doesn't make sense, obviously, because we just met!" He chuckled a little, straightening his beanie which had begun to slip off after running, exposing more of his frizzy mess of hair.
"Anyways, I wanted to ask—some people from Algebra and I are organizing a study group, and I wanted to see if you wanted to join? Since it's the first week there's not much to go over, so we're thinking of grabbing some drinks—mostly non-alcoholic, of course—and ordering takeout and just getting to know each other," he rambled. "Chill environment, ya know? If you're interested, I can add you to the group chat now," he offered, preemptively reaching for his phone.
She sighed. "I wasn't joking I was being serious," she grumbled holding her stuff and trying to walk away from him. Unfortunately he seemed to be walking at her pass and following her so she would have to talk to him.
"I'm not interested in anything that came out of your mouth okay? I don't want to be apart of your study group and I certainly don't want to be in that group chat. Now if you could stop talking to me, that'd be great." She gave him a fake smile before turning and walking away.
The Brit looked a little crestfallen at that, redepositing his phone in his pocket and trying to salvage his broken pride, but not wanting to risk freaking her out by continuing to follow. Before she was totally out of earshot, though, he shouted, "Well you're a sociable one, aren't you?" Which of course earned him a few confused stares and a couple of laughs, making him flush a little.
Not quite knowing where to go from there, he grasped the straps of his backpack and stood there awkwardly, before apparently coming to his senses and scampering off to meet with his other potential friends from Algebra.

(First contact initiated! Will is definitely not giving up lol, but I think he'd come off as a creep if he just kept following her…so, in the spirit of keeping our characters in, well, character, would you like to time skip to the next morning? Maybe when they're already in Algebra?)
She just ignored him calling out to her, dispearing into the crowd.
(Yeah that sounds good-)
Kali walked into her alegbra class and hoped that dude would take her hints from yesterday and leave her alone. Shemspotted some group of girls surrounding her seat and sighed, no having the energy to deal with them at the moment and she went and sat in one of the back corners. she pulled out her phone and put in headphones playing her music.
The Brit yawned, only just enough present enough in the moment to remember to somewhat cover his mouth. The previous night had been far more chaotic than originally intended, by by God, was it fun to talk to other people. Of course, he hand't managed to make it to bed until well after four in the morning, but some sacrifices had to be made.
Will glanced at the clock, absentmindedly noting it was only 7:20AM, then blinked blearily around the classroom. Some people that had been at the "study session" the previous night waved when they saw him, and eagerly beckoned him over. Seeing as he had another ten minutes before class started, he acquiesced with a wide, albeit sleepy, smile. They talked and laughed for a good several minutes before Will finally noticed a familiar figure slinking to the back. With a few more chuckles and promises to get together soon to do some actual studying, the Brit excused himself and ambled his way over to Kali.
He didn't say anything as he plopped into the seat directly beside her, only pulling out the mini sliding table and resting his elbow against it, cheek pressed tiredly into his hand. Then he waited, a sleepy grin on his face as he counted how long it would take for her to acknowledge his presence.
Oh she awknowledged his presence, she watched him walk over then sit next to him but as soon as he looked her way she wasn't even close to looking at him. She focused solely on her music, trying to drown herself in a wave of music and forget everything else. She was humming along to the chorus of the song, staring in no particular direction. Mostly towards the window but every once and a while she would glance at a guy in a girl holding hands half way across the classroom. She got caught up in the music and start singing some the lyrics quietly, only people close proximity wise would be able to hear her.
"I hate you, I love you, I hate that I love you. I don't want to but I can't put nobody else above you. You want her you need her and I'll never be her." She sighed. "all alone I watch you watch her…like she's the only girl you've ever seen…you don't care you never did…you don't give a dam about me…" She went back to humming as if the song had ended.
(Yo-)
Well, she hadn't acknowledged him yet, and if he was being honest, his eyes were already beginning to drift shut. '41, 42, 43,' he counted inwardly, only stopping when he realized she was singing quietly. Recognizing the song, he sat up more and looked at her with genuine excitement.
"Is that-" he started, but cringed when his voice cracked. Clearing his throat, he tried again. "You listen to Gnash? You have great taste if you do," he added, hoping she could hear him over the music. Ah, who was he kidding? If she couldn't hear him, he'd just pass her a note.

(okay stay safe dude)
She looked on her desk seeing the note on it and pausing her music, she looked over at him and sighed. she picked up the note walked to the trash can staring dead set right at him and dropping the note in the trash before walking back to her seat and sitting down. "Their songs are pretty good." she responded a little bit afterwards.
