(You're fine don't worry)
Majima tilted his tired eyes up, -hearing Jason's words- watching Jason leave the cell. His shoulder felt warm. He was fading in and out of sleep, his chest heavy. He leaned over and grabbed his tank top off of the floor, putting it over his cold body. He most definitely was tired from fighting, but also from exerting so much energy over Kiryu and Jason. He wanted to follow Jason badly but knew he might need just needed some space.
Majima fell asleep, hoping for a good dream, knowing he would be protected.
Jason neared the hall beside the lunch hall and looked at the time. He had maybe ten minutes to think.
Tony would more than likely be loyal, he owed Jason his life, he better stay loyal or he would take it back. His charges would be dropped and nothing would be thought of it, but now he had Majima. For some reason, he couldn't figure it out, he felt the need to protect him, though, he looked as if he could protect himself.
So how would he come with him? He could make another call, but what if Majima said no?
That was when it hit Jason, a painful memory.
He saw Dakuma sitting in front of him, bleeding, and sobbing.
"Please, don't hurt me, I don't know what you're talking about!!"
"Who was there Dakuma, WHO WAS THERE!"
"I DON'T KNOW JASON!"
Jason shut his eyes tightly, a tear trickling down his cheek. Dakuma didn't know, he couldn't have, and Jason killed hi anyway.
And that's when he realized that Majima reminded him of Dakuma, and that's why he wanted to protect him. He wanted to right his wrongs.
Jason went back to his room, looking at the figure in front of him on the bed. He walked up slowly and knelt beside the bed, resting his cheek on his shoulder.
"I'm so sorry Dakuma." He whispered, a tear running down his face.
He got up and lay in his own bed, trying his best to hold back tears.
( Do you want to Timeskip or Pause until tomorrow? Im really enjoying this- This is so much fun :)) )

(Sorry, I had a doctor's appt :'))
(We can start when they wake up if you want, you can go ahead and do that)
(Okay :)) )
Day Two.
Majima began to stir in his sleep, not dreaming about much that night whatsoever. His body was somewhat cold, and his eyes were still heavy when he opened them, as per usual. He had woken up before they were allowed to leave their cells in the morning, meaning all the cells had been locked now.
Majima tilted his body up, sitting up to look at Jason whilst rubbing an eye. Majima hoped he was still asleep, caring more about Jason's health than his own. I grabbed his tank-top off of his lap, getting up and sitting next to Jason's bed in a protective manner. He slipped the tank top behind his neck to act as a pillow against the hard concrete.
Nobody else in the surrounding cells had really been awake. Majima and Jason had a cell that the opening faces a wall and corridor, meaning they could only see each other every time they were locked in there. Majima was in a tired, half emotionless state. Something like a sticky feeling of protection in his heart while he sat near Jason.
( @its_tom_riddle_is_in_love Whenever you can! )
Jason slept lightly, a habit he picked up over the years, especially after almost dying in a fire because of his sleep, so when Majima woke up, he woke up too.
He could tell it was early, and he groaned slightly, fubbing his eyes, sitting up. "Hey, how'd you sleep."
He smiled slightly looking at the man's slightly disheveled hair. The more that Jason looked at him, the more he felt connected. He and Jason were more alike than he cared to admit.
(Sorry, had a rough day yesterday.)
( Oh, Its alright! If you want to pause or take a break, Feel free to! )
(you're fine, I can be more active today)
"Didn't expect ya' to be awake." He replied, half giddy and half tired. He adjusted so that he could see Jason laying there, the tank-top sill behind his neck whilst he sat next to Jason's bed.
"Eh, Slept pretty normally. Just skipped a few hours of life." Majima seemed somewhat chilled, like something was wrong, but in reality, Majima knew it was just how cold his body was, and this odd feeling he felt in his gut. Almost like the feeling he had when he was disarming a bomb, except he cut the wrong wire.
"Yeah, I sleep lightly, don't worry about it." Jason smiled lightly and walked over, patting him on the shoulder, "I have to make a call."
He looked at Majima for a moment, noticing that he seemed on edge, he tilted his head a little bit and frowned, "Are you ok?"
"Eh..?" His eyes refocused on Jason, they were still the same coffee black, but colder and darker than usual. "Oh,, Im just cold, that's all really."
Majima was lying cold under his breath, and for once he was having a hard time hiding it. Being cold wasn't the only thing wrong, the feeling in his gut wasn't going away, and it conflicted him the slightest bit.
His body was in fact cold, he was playing with his fingers and palms again like yesterday, but not as happy. He only just woke up, so it was somewhat natural for him to seem slightly depersonalized.
Jason frowned and shrugged, "The call can wait."
He walked over and sat beside Majima, close enough to share body heat, "Besides, we need to get to know each other a bit more, might as well."
He could feel the coldness radiate from Majima's body, and he was bewildered as to how someone could be that cold and be alive. He scooted a little closer and looked up at him.
Majima seemed ever so slightly confused, but he didn't really mind Jason's company at all. He actually enjoyed it. He was glad he didn't have any of the brutes as cellmates.
"You, Your sure..?" Majima just wanted to make sure Jason wasn't missing something Important, but as Jason moved closer, his worries slowly started to melt. He forgot Jason wanted to protect him, and upon remembering, the gut feeling faded, and his depersonalization slowly affixed back to his normal self.
Majima, at this point, was debating talking more about Kiryu and how he got into Prison, but only if Jason really wasn't missing anything.
"Yeah no, I was just gonna check up on someone, but it's fine, I'd rather be here."
Jason nudged Majima, "So tell me about yourself."
He smiled fondly and waited for what Majima had to say.
"Well, I guess I could start with how I ended up in here." Majima replied, his voice settling back to his normal, giddy, and happy tone as he stretched out his body on the concrete floor.
"It, It's actually a kinda stupid reason too. -Majima Chuckled mid-sentence,- I kidnapped a child that Kiryu was looking over, just so he'd fight me. He did end up fighting me, but I ended up losing. The surprise is, one of my subordinates tried killing him, In which case I stopped him, and ended up getting stabbed in the side with my own blade. -He then pointed out the terribly bandaged wound, which was healing slowly in return.- I saved Kiryu, but when Police arrived at the scene after Kiryu had taken the kid, they found my fingerprints on her, so they took me in for kidnapping, even though I was gonna give the little kid back anyways!" Majima laughed, finding no real reason why he was in prison. To others, that may seem horrible, but It was Majima's way of doing things.
Whilst Majima talked, every time he mentioned Kiryu, his eyes glowed. He had a sort of best friend connection to Kiryu that lead him to be a rival due to his maniac tendencies. The air to him slowly turning to this, happy-go-lucky madman-style warmth. It was readable he was appreciative of Jason's company, but it was almost completely overwhelmed by the spiraling fact that Majima was connected to Kiryu through some unique bond that wasn't related to love whatsoever.
Jason frowned a bit, "So, you kidnapped your best friend's child, so that you could fight your best friend."
Jason squinted, confused as to why he would want to fight his best friend, but he decided not to get into it.
"Well, I'm in for something stupid too, I got pulled over for speeding and they found a gun in my car, an unlicensed gun, and I didn't own it, so yeah, here I am."
"I mean, It wasn't his child. Apparently, she's worth a lot of money or something for the Yakuza, I didn't do it for the money though." Majima replied, awkwardly giggling.
Majima listened to what Jason had to say, a small chuckle coming out of him.
"Damn, that's not even as bad as what I did I guess." His laugh continued, as he sat an arm on Jason's shoulder, his body warmer now because of the laugher and Jason's company. Majima really was grateful for this. After his hushpuppy laugher, he looked at Jason. "You had a call, yeah'?"
"Yeah, yeah I had a call." Jason felt the man's arm o his shoulder and something lept within him. Something, good, but startling. He stood up and went to the door, "I'll be back."
Jason walked down the halls, avoiding eye contact with anyone because that was mainly a habit.
What was Majima to him? He definitely felt something, which was strange seeing as how they only knew each other for a day, but he felt somthing. He reminded him of Dakuma, which was already established, but it wasn't the same feeling. He was feeling regret, but he wasn't feeling sadness. Maybe it was relief? He wasn't sure.
He neared the call room, nodded to the guard as he let him in, and sat down at the phone, dialing Tony's number.
"Hey, Tony, how's the cleaning going."
"Ah Jason, nice to finally get to talk to you."
Jason dropped the phone and turned to run, but the guard shoved him back in the seat, gun pointed to his head. It wasn't the same guard as yesterday.
Compromised.
"Pick up the phone Jason." The guard said, pushing the cold metal barrel into his temple.
"Yeah yeah yeah, ok." Jason shakily picked up the phone and brought it to his ear.
"Are you ready to listen, Jason?"
"Get this over with bitch."
"Language, language Jason, you're being recorded as you know. I have a proposition, well, not really a proposition, more of a, 'this is what's gonna happen and you're gonna listen'."
"Where's Tony."
"Dead, but that doesn't matter, stop changing the subject. The guard that is with you is going to break you out, be thankful for that, Tony was going to take a week, I'm taking seconds."
"Why do you want me, why now?"
"You killed my brother Jason, you killed Dakuma."
"Look I-"
Jason felt a cloth be brought up to his mouth and he inhaled a sharp scent that shortly brought him to unconsciousness. God knows where he is now.
(Damn, I really went there did i-)
