“You drive me crazy, you know that?” I gasped, answering her kissing with passion. “I love you more than anything.” I wheezed, struggling to catch my breath in between kisses.
“You drive me crazy, you know that?” I gasped, answering her kissing with passion. “I love you more than anything.” I wheezed, struggling to catch my breath in between kisses.
"Good," I rasped, drinking the kisses up like the absolute addict I was. "I like driving you crazy."
I pulled Juliet close to me for a final long kiss, dragging it out until I was blue in the face. I sunk my nails into her back, leaving no room between us. I put as much emotion as I could into it. Until she was all I could see, hear, taste, smell, or touch. I let myself give in again and again, in love with the way she smuggled control out of my fingertips.
I finally broke away, gasping for breath. My whole world spun, an intoxicated dizziness overtaking my head until I could barely hold myself up. "Romeo…" His name broke the silence. I breathed it again, this time like a prayer, letting it spill from my mouth like the sweetest ambrosia. "Romeo… My Romeo…."
“Juliet.” I hummed in response, her name a song spilling from my lips. “I love you. So much. More than the sun loves the moon.”
"I love you, too…" I whispered, clearing my hoarse throat as I took him in. Flushed, lips swollen, his thick hair splayed out on the bedsheets beneath us… He was a dream.
“Take a picture, it’ll last longer.” I teased, my voice still shaky. My heart feel open and raw, as if Juliet had pried it right out of my rib cage and stolen it away.
"I wish I could…." My thumb grazed his lower lip, tender and loving. "One day. If we're ever free of this, I'm going to put together a whole photo album of the photos we missed out on taking."
“I’d love that.” I murmured softly. “When you’re a famous actress and I’m a hot instagram model and we're married and living far away from all this bullshit.”
"Yeah…" We both knew that would never happen, but…. it was nice to dream, considering the fact that we were living a nightmare. "Hopefully sooner than later."
“I want to wake up to your face every morning.” I admitted, unable to take my eyes off her.
I settled beside him, sighing softly. "So do I, love, so do I."
I snuggled up against her. “I’m all sweaty and gross and now you have to deal with it.”
"I mean…." My eyes flickered to the connecting bathroom door on the other side of my room. "There's no one home, so you could always use the shower."
“You just want to see me in a towel.” I grinned playfully, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
Crimson bloomed across my cheeks, but I couldn't deny his statement. "Is that such a bad thing?"
“Absolutely not, but no dice, sweetheart. Not tonight at least. My family will be very suspicious if I wake up showered already.” I reasoned, sighing out of disappointment. “Don’t worries, you can feel up my abs another time.” I added with a wink.
I rolled my eyes, trying to ignore my burning cheeks. “Maybe next time, then. If you don’t mind, I’ll go have a shower instead.”
“Go ahead, love.” I hummed softly, squeezing her hand. “If you must. I’ll wait here.”
“Don’t make too much noise,” I murmured, “Just in case. And…” A mischievous smile traced my lips. “Calm your raging hormones, too.”
I felt my face heat up out of embarrassment. “I’ll stay quiet, but I can’t promise anything else.” I attempted to play it off cool, hoping she’d leave it be.
My smile turned into a smirk, and I leaned forward to nudge his chin up with the tip of my finger. “Oh?”
“You’re wicked.” I grumbled, my face flushing at her touch. “Go shower before I kiss you again.”
I flicked his nose in an affectionate manner before doing what I was told, pulling my hair over one shoulder as I disappeared into the bathroom.
I rested my head on the pillow, inhaling Juliet’s scent—roses and wildflowers. The smell of a girl meandering throughout a garden. She tasted like sugar, sweet enough to make my mouth tingle.
I brushed my fingers over my swollen lips, a goofy smile on my face, before rolling onto my side and slipping underneath the sheets. If Jules was like most girls she’d take awhile to shower; and with that thought as the basis for my reasoning, I took off my shirt and passed out in Juliet’s bed.
