Satisfaction smouldered in my dark eyes, which raked over his flushed and trembling figure. “You’re adorable…” My mouth ached to take his again. “You know, I might leave you hanging until you have to leave. Tomorrow will come, and you’ll be able to think of nothing but my hands in your hair and our joined lips.”
“Don’t—please.” The words escaped my lips before I could even think about them. Another wave of embarrassment washed over me. I was begging. Begging like a crazed addict. Even now I could feel her abrupt separation causing withdrawals. As the adrenaline faded, my body didn’t just crave more, it needed more. My limbs shook still and I had yet to regain control of them. I shook my head, trying to regain my senses, but part of my brain still felt blurred and clouded over by pleasure. It was as that finally faded that I felt the familiar itch underneath my skin. Always demanding more.
“Don’t make me wait. I can’t wait.” I murmured softly, every muscle in my body taught as a coil. I gritted my teeth and swallowed the pride that came with full consciousness. “I’ll do whatever you want. Right now. Anything. No restrictions.” I felt my face heat up with something akin to shame, but far more… I couldn’t quite describe it. I was throwing myself at Juliet’s mercy and the look in her eyes told me that it was exactly what she wanted. I took a deep breath and stopped for a moment to consider the consequences for once. Did I trust her? My entire being screamed yes. She could use me right now. I wasn’t blind to that, but something about her had my head reeling. I decided a long time ago that there was no going back.
“Tell me what to do.” I demanded, choosing to finally just give in and accept that she held all the power in this situation. An icy shock of cold sweat dripping down my back told me I craved the act of giving in almost as much as a kiss. I bowed my head a little, pulling my lower lip between my teeth, awaiting anything from another kiss to a death sentence.
My mouth fell open just enough to let though a soft noise of wonder. Had he always been completely at my mercy like this? I watched him as he pleaded, begged me, swore he would do anything——and just for a simple kiss.
It was intoxicating.
This much power over someone where no harm was caused? Where they could do the exact thing in return? Already, I could feel myself caving in, reaching forward to rub my thumb across his trembling mouth.
“I had no idea…” I murmured, leaning in just a fraction. “How much power I have over you. Alright, Romeo, I’ll give you your kiss….. but you have to initiate it.”
I wasted no time. Every spare second was a precious gift as I closed the gap between us, crashing our lips together with ferver. A shaky sigh of relief escaped me as I felt the tension she had built up evaporate like morning dew.
I playfully nipped at her lip, daring to use a little confidence. I felt different—this was different. She had stripped down my defenses, leaving me feeling vulnerable and dizzy with desire. For some reason that made the kiss unbearably better as I gently tugged at her lip again, trying to coax her into opening her mouth.
I rolled over until he was the one on top, threading my fingers through his thick hair. “Better?” My voice was rough, breathless from the force with which he brought his mouth down on top of mine.
He tugged at my lower lip, and I shivered against him. I knew exactly what he wanted, but even through the thick haze of ecstasy, I was determined to make him even more desperate than before. So I parted my swollen lips just enough for him to get a taste before closing up again.
I never wanted to stop.
Yet another frustrated whine erupted from my throat as Juliet continued to taunt me. I pulled away instantly, smattering kisses along her jaw and neck in retaliation.
I sucked in a sharp breath as his mouth trailed down my neck, tightening my fingers in his hair. I willed myself to keep it together, to hold on, but I fell to pieces after only a few minutes.
“Romeo—“
And just like that, he had the upper hand. I relinquished control, melting beneath each torturous brush of his mouth, giving myself up entirely.
I hesitated for a moment, feeling the shift of power buzz through my veins like a drug. I continued to tease her, nipping at her neck. Payback had never tasted so sweet.
I tried to growl, but it came out more like a shivering sound of pleasure instead. "Romeo—" I tried again. "Please—Don't tease me—–"
I withdrew my lips from her skin, sitting up. I traced my thumb across her jawline. “Isn’t so fun now that the tables are turned, huh?” I couldn’t stop the prideful smirk from spreading across my face.
"Not fair," I breathed, closing my eyes in an attempt to piece together the scattered fragments of my composure. "I–I gave you what you wanted."
My eyelids slid open once more. The look in his eyes……. I swallowed thickly, pupils dilating. "Please…."
”Nope.” I sat back, my gaze filled with mischief. “I think it’s about time I go, don’t you? Wouldn’t want to stay out too late.” I hummed softly as I scooted away from Juliet, preparing to stand up.
"Don't you dare."
I hastily pushed myself up, gathering a fistful of Romeo's shirt in my hand to anchor him to the bed. My next words echoed his, desperate and pleading. "I'll do whatever you want—please."
“Nope.” I grinned, turning my head away. I could feel her chipping away at my resolve with each passing second, but I needed to stay in control of this situation as long as I could. “I think I might steal your idea. You’ve been thinking too much about your problems lately. A day with me on your mind should help.”
I pushed him down against the crumpled cheeks, straddling his waist so he couldn't get up. Desperation welled up in my throat, spilling from my swollen lips in the form of a desperate whimper. I was on top, but he still held all the cards. "Romeo."
We were in a standoff of sorts. Juliet blocked me from sitting up. I couldn’t push myself upwards due to my broken arm. But as long as I had what she wanted I was still in control. “Sorry, love. Patience is a virtue.” I drawled, using my good arm to try and push myself upwards.
"You're cruel…" I breathed, placing both hands flat on his chest in order to keep him in place. "But two can play this game, Romeo. If—" My voice cracked a little. "If you don't kiss me, right now, I won't come near you for another few days. I'll skip Drama. I'll keep my distance until your resolve breaks."
My arm gave way underneath the added pressure, leaving me flat on my back. “You know I can’t stqnd to be apart from you that long. You’re evil. I murmured, my voice coming out as a rasp. “Must you always steal control from me?” I teased, my resolve beginning to crumble as I reached out to Juliet, gently cupping her cheek.
"Always.." I whispered in agreement, pressing against the palm of his hand. "Now shut up and kiss me." It was embarrassing, how hard my voice trembled, insatiable need coiling its way through each unsteady word.
I smiled, unable to stop a laugh. “Darling, I can’t move. You might have to do the honors.”
I didn't need any more prompting. Without giving Romeo anytime to prepare, I dropped down with my elbows on either side of his head and brought my aching mouth down on his.
I managed a small “mph!” of surprise as I was suddenly pinned completely into place with Juliet on top of me. I kissed her back slowly, trying not to lose myself completely in the kiss for the sole purpose of teasing her relentlessly.
Oh, no. My craving for him solidified into determination. "You don't get to tease me like that and get away with it, Romeo," I breathed against him, slowly working his mouth open with my own.
Juliet was getting overwhelming, overriding my sanity with a terrifying amount of speed. I moaned, opening my mouth, unable to withstand her any longer.
Once more, the balance of power shifted in my favour.
"I love you," I breathed harshly, punctuating each word with a deeper kiss. "I. Love. You."
