Amelia's gaze lingered on the boy, marveling at his ability to jump back into things after something like that. Usually anxiety attacks had her feeling like shit for the rest of the day, if not the following, too. Brushing it off, she looked around the kitchen until she found a glass, then filled it with water from the tap, being sure to test the water beforehand just in case. She handed it to Leo, then glanced at the meal he was making. "You have amazing control over your powers," she commented, watching in fascination. "Anything I can help with?"

He giggled and drank the water, "Thank you! My sister had been training me while we were stuck in cages after our experiments that way they could still do tests." He looked at her with a warm smile. "You could go watch my sister. She gets really edgy and emtional if she stays in a spot for too long. They had to keep replacing her cages until they found one that didn't let her shapeshift or move.", some might say that Leo took care of his older sister as much as she protected him.

"I see…" Amelia trailed off, thinking back to her own captivity. She'd never been literally caged, but she'd spent the majority of her life in a straightjacket with cameras trained on her every move. It hadn't been hard for her to escape because she'd never been looking to—until recently, that is, when the drawbacks from using her powers began to get more and more severe with overuse. She glanced back at Leo in time to hear his suggestion, then smiled a little. "I don't think your sister likes me very much yet, but if it'll make you feel more at ease I can watch her. It looks like you've got dinner down, so thanks for that!"

Leo smiled, "She's a tough nut but if she's really sweet if you get to know her. Call her Clover if she's bein mean though."
Cleo turned into a black, fluffy wolf with golden brown eyes and was was stretched out on the couch. She looked up as Amelia entered, "I have thought over my actions like Leo told me too and I'm sorry for yelling at you."

Cyril still stood in the same place he was before. He was just there not really thinking much about the current situation. For minutes, he was stuck in some sort of daydream wondering what the future would hold for them. Nothing is really worrying him at the moment, although he still does not think it's time for him to drop his shoulders.

Once his attention snapped back into reality, his head shot up glancing around. "Where did they go?", he whispered to himself. Cyril walked around the place before hearing voices coming from the kitchen. Ambling on over, he knocked on the side of the door then entered. Not sure what else to do, Cy just went over to a counter and sat on top of it having his feet lay on the floor.

Leo saw him enter and waved. He was just adding the sauce to the spegetthi (more like his vines were). "Hello!', he said with a warm smile.

Amelia was a little taken aback by the large wolf on the couch, but her brain quickly connected the dots when she heard Cleo's voice. "Oh, no, don't worry about it!" she replied with a warm smile. "I understand how hard it can be to trust others. I won't hold it against you."

"Thanks.", Cleo said and tilted her head sideway at Amelia. She was curious about this one. While the other girl had been cold and edgy, this one reminded her of Leo. She scooted over a little, "Wanna sit down?"

The nineteen year old nodded and sat beside the wolf, sinking into the cushions with an air of exhaustion that she'd been hiding earlier. She briefly considered mentioning Leo's anxiety attack, but quickly dismissed the idea. Instead, she opted for a more lighthearted topic. "Leo seems to be a pretty good cook. He certainty knows his way around the kitchen—at least, more than I do."

Cleo turned back into a human and let out a laugh that she quickly surpressed, "Yeah….some might say he's better than taking care of us instead then me. Though that big heart of his might get him in trouble one day."

Cyril gave a wave then let his hand fall on top of his knee. The corners of his lips turned up in an effort to copy Leo's smile. It was kind of hard for him to do at the moment though. The boy is brighter than the fire Cy could make appear in his palm. He just watched the younger one cook noticing how the vines were able to lift things just like normal arms would. Sighing, he glanced away tracing his finger around his knee.

Leo watched Cyril out of the corner of his eyes. He could tell something was wrong. The food he was done preparing was done and needed to cool down so he went over to Cyril. "You know, after we eat dinner we are going to come up with a plan on how to finally escape the crazy people who did this to us….Maybe after that….we could watch a movie? We could go pick one out right now?", Leo offered out is hand with a shy smile on his face.
