Nik was still blushing, but took the cream. "Right. I just, uhm." He tried some of the cream. "Mm, I think raspberry." He replied, looking up at Kieran. "And, uh, as for feelings…" He trailed off uncertainly.

Kieran nods and smiled a little bit, "Good, good." He tastes it as well. "Yes. I think you're right." He murmured happily. He mixes in a bit more raspberry before turning his attention back to the other and leaning against the counter. "You can think on it if you want." He offers gently.

Nik licked the last of the cream off of his fingers as he considered what to say. "Well– see the thing is, if I don't say anything right now, I never will." he replied after a moment, looking up at Kieran.

Kieran nods, listening intently. His eyes were soft and assuring, different from their usual mischievous and bright expressions. He tilts his head and smiles, "Alright. Then what would you like to say?"

"Well–" he broke off, still thinking. "I…guess that maybe I feel…similar? I don't know. I don't do good with emotions sometimes but I know there's…something." he said slowly.

Kieran seemed pleased by that. "Then well take it your pace." He smiled softly and tilts his head as he offers his hand to Nik.

Nik laughed a little, slipping his hand into Kieran's. "Alright. That sounds good." he replied, smiling. Smoke mewed as if in a bid for attention for himself, too.

Kieran gently squeezed his hand and smiled in reply before chuckling and using his free hand to gently reach up and scratch behind Smoke's ear. "Well, glad to see we've figured that out."

Smoke purred at the scratches, closing his eyes. Nik smiled a little. "Yeah. Me too."

He smiles softly and washed his hands before returning to the treats. He hummed as he worked. "Would you like to stay and chat with me, or are you off to wander the house?" He offers a gentle smile.

He shrugged a little. "I'll stick around." He replied, smiling over at Kieran.

Kieran smiled at that, "I'll enjoy the company~" He winks playfully. "Based on how you two are acting I'm supposing Kieran chucked his feelings at you?" Ash yawned sleepily, standing in the doorway to the kitchen.

Nik turned, flushing faintly at Ash's words. "Well– yeah." He said with a little laugh, glancing up at Kieran for a moment. Smoke mewed when he heard Ash's voice, jumping down and trotting over to tub against Ash's legs and purring.

Ash glanced down at Smoke and picks him up gently, cradling Smoke in his arms. "Hey sweet kitty." He murmured quietly. "Are you going to tell him, Kieran?" He tilts his head a little. Kieran flushed, "I figured you'd tell him." Ash clicked his tongue before glancing at Nik. "Just like we said when you made the deal with us, we're a package deal. Kieran and I have been… how to humans say it? Dating? For a while time. Of course, we both feel the same about you." He offered one of those rare smiles. "So… you may chose to have one of us, or both of us."

Nik blinked at him for a moment, considering Ash's words. "Oh, I see." He said slowly. "Mm… both is good." He replied after a moment.

Ash seemed pleased by that and nods, glancing over at Kieran who sheepishly looked away. "Alright then, both it is." He settles into a chair and continues to pet Smoke, shutting his eyes in content.

(sbdkfjh the only thing I could think of when I typed "btoh is good" is that one scene from the road to el dorado lmaoo)

Nik chewed at his lower lip a little, looking away with a faint blush on his cheeks.

(Same XD I actually said "Both, both is good." aloud and my sister looked at me funny)

Kieran resumed cooking and Ash hummed and glanced at Nik. He gently set Smoke down and walks to Nik, "May I?" He vaguely opened his arms in an attempt to ask for a hug. Kieran snickered in the background and Ash cleared his throat.

(Kieran: snickers
Ash: Silence, bottom.)

Nik blinked at him. "Oh, uhm, yeah." he hesitated for a moment, then made the first move, stepping into Ash's arms.

(lmaoo. Nik: blinks in switch)

Ash hummed happily and relaxed visibly at the physical affection, resting his head on Nik's shoulder. Kieran smiled at the sight and finished up the last bit of treats.

Nik leaned into Ash as well after a moment, a soft smile on his face.

Kieran smiles. "Should we move to the couch or something so we can have a giant cuddle party?" He laughs a little. Ash only grunts in reply.
